A Rogue Cock?

I have written a post about this on the new beta site, but it doesn't appear here on the original blog page, and anyway, this is an update. (I know this will appear on beta too, so that will be confusing, but you guys are intelligent, you'll figure it out. )

Anyway, the point is there's a rogue cock appearing in the picture gallery in beta on the right of my blog! It isn't mine, I never posted that picture, and I don't want it here! Not that there is anything intrinsically wrong with the cock per se, on the face of it, etc etc (please invent puns at will. )

The point is, how did it come to be there? There are other pictures, (not many) I have posted from time to time over the years, but apart from the very recent Maria Andrejczyk none of those are showing up in the gallery. Just this dick pic.

I have tracked it back to a post I wrote back in November 2010, although it only shows up there on beta, not here. I definitely did not post this picture, and I think I would remember if it had seen at the time - it must have sneaked its way in some time later. Any anyway, as it doesn't show up if you are looking at that post from here on the original blogs, I would never have seen it.

Any ideas? Does anyone know how I can make it go away? Or at least clean it up a bit?

 So you’re saying that the picture is attached to one of your 2010 posts in beta, but was never on that post here?

I’ll give the same advice as I gave over there - on your little dashboard there should be a button for Submit Feedback. That will take you to Andrew’s blog (which only exists in beta so you have to report there). Leave a comment about it on his most recent Update post. Probably helpful if you include a link to the specific post. There was a lot of weird stuff that happened when he migrated content to the new site, but he’s very willing to fix things.

You can also suppress the picture gallery by going into your blog settings and changing them.

Thanks Smarty - for both your comments. Yes, if I go to that post from here, old blog, there is no picture. On beta, as well as appearing in the little gallery to the right, if I check back in the blog, then back in a 2010 post it is there in all its tumescent gory, sorry, glory, immediately below the post. I have no idea how, when or why it got there! Anyway, I didn't know there would be a button on settings to get rid of it, and I will try that. I will also give Andrew some feedback if needed. Thanks again!

 Hmmmm, I have tried clicking the "hide photo gallery" button, but the pictures are still there. Perhaps they are hidden from everyone else. It doesn't really matter, but I feel I ought to be able to delete this picture and at the moment I can't see how.

Thanks Becca. I think what is annoying me is that I can't find a way to delete it, and to the casual viewer it looks as if I have posted a dick-pick, which I would never do.

 I wrote to Andrew about the picture they posted with my profile on the new site...wasn't mine either. I could like to be that thin and possibly that tall too. It wasn't me or anything I'd ever posted. Andrew said it had been the first time he'd heard of this but was going to put up a poll asking. I was able to remove it by editing the photos in Beta. (I was just able to click on it and remove/add photos.)

He responded to my comment about these pictures and removed it for me, saying he had found many others. So fortunately my rogue cock has come and gone now.
