my once in-a-couple-months visit to macdonalds is an impulse, a sudden desire for a mouth tickle but not a belly-buster. forget anything bound to fries and a drink, or that costs almost the same WITHOUT the fries and a drink. and forget BOGO, i dont want two of anything unless theyre junior size or i specifically want to save one for brunch at work later that week (oh, you can get a eggamuffin 24 hrs but just TRY to order a cheeseburger on the way to work in the morning). but i digress - sometimes they float a specialty burger, and if its not gargantuan nor too expensive, ill sometimes bite. last time was when they were featuring 3 sizes of the big mac - junior, regular and super. i got a junior for $2 - all the great flavor in a size i didnt later regret eating "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

Nothing. Not even water. I am a vegan. I don't support animal cruelty. McCruelty gets it chicken from well known suppliers of abuse but does nothing about it. Have to eat so have to buy from grocery stores. Don't have to support places like there and kfc which also knows about their chicken supplers. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

My wife calls me a snob because I don't eat at many fast food places. But I WILL go to Mickey D's for breakfast - decent/reasonable/plain coffee, and sausage McMuffins. I have not partaken of the McD's in years now, but before I stopped going because of their continual decline in quality, my usual was the two cheeseburger meal. (Usually without mustard.) Even an herb as sweet as basil is nothing without its bite. Lord Basil

"fries are NOT on this list, because everything comes with fries. after all, isn't that really the reason we go there." This poll isn't exactly so accurate. What is NOT also on this poll list is the option that "I don't go to McDonalds ( by choice )". It's not to say that I have never been to McDonalds before, which is the only next closest choice on the list to choose from for those who don't go to McDonalds. Just because someone doesn't go to McDonalds doesn't mean that they have never been to one before in their life. The poll is flawed by the lack of that option to choose from. McDonalds food is garbage. Nobody on earth should be eating that stuff in 2018 with the knowledge we have on health.

Nobody on earth should be eating that stuff in 2018 with the knowledge we have on health. a ) that there's not an option for people who just don't go there to begin with. looking down the list of comments it seems that a lot of people have been there but not in years so the poll option isn't there for that b ) i am a vegetarian too so i agree with you and HasteBeatsWaltz' comments here about that stuff. the interesting thing i find here in this blog isn't about what people order there but its about looking at the individual 'What do you think?' poll after each member comment that i find intriguing!!!!! judging by the polls it tells us that were making dumb eating decisions not just for health but for humane animal reasons. polls here scream to us were making bad choices and that people disagree with whats being eaten. i think its clear what we should be eating and what kind of animal free meals we should be converting to. 2018 lot of info out there and people i think are getting smarted with this stuff,,,i hope

When I go, I order things they have to make up fresh, ask for plain burgers, plain cheeseburgers, etc. That way I don't get something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for almost an hour. Try it sometime, order a burger with no mustard or plain. you'll get a fresh one every time !!

Filet of fish or breakfast things. Every so often I crave a big mac. It's weird. I want to taste the onioniness of it.

I go for a Chicken Legend meal when we visit as my wife prefers the fries here, me on the other hand I would rather go to KFC or Burger King as I'm not a fan of Maccy D's. The places we used to visit over here were called Wimpey which was bought ot by Burger King 25 years ago. Maybe it is just that I am a Limey! P
