Title your commercial "Passion.com Commercial" and add keywords like "Passion.com funny, sexy, sex," etc. to your video so that anyone doing a search for it will be able to find it. Copy the URL to embed the video and send it to passion. Videos submitted must be an avi., mov. or mpg. format and cannot exceed 2 minutes in length. Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. PST on January 28, 2008. Various, Inc. and/or its agents are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Various, Inc. Pending our approval, your video will be posted for viewing at <a href="http://www.youtube.com/group/passioncontest"> http://www.youtube.com/group/passioncontest </a> Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is original. Once a video is submitted, you may not edit or resubmit with edits. Various, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the contest, if it becomes corrupted in any manner, or due to fraud or other occurrences beyond our control it cannot be conducted as originally planned. Rules By submitting a video, each entrant represents that the video submitted (all components) is the original work of the entrant and has never been published and has not previously won any other contest award. Various, Inc. assumes no responsibility for disputes between persons claiming authorship of the video. Each entrant further represents that use thereof does not infringe third party rights (including, but not limited to those of any videographer or any individual featured in the video), is suitable for publication and the right to submit it is not restricted by copyright. Entry cannot defame, disparage, or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or proprietary rights. Entrant represents that any individuals in the video who are identifiable have consented to the use of their image and performance in the video, the submission of the video in this contest and the use of the video by Various, Inc. in any way Various, Inc. deems appropriate, including any and all media, and that such individuals will sign all necessary documents granting Various, Inc. these rights if required by us. Videos may not contain nudity, profanity, and my not reflect negatively on Various, Inc. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification at Various, Inc.'s sole discretion. With respect to video entered, entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers to Various, Inc. all rights, title, interest and claims in the video, including, without limitation, the copyright therein, and waives any moral rights in the video. Various, Inc. shall have right to post, use, broadcast, display, alter, edit, assign, or dispose of such entries in whole or in part, however we see fit without approval of entrant. Winners will be required, as a condition of being awarded a prize, to grant Various, Inc. the right to use entrant's name, image, likeness and biographical materials and any other individuals appearing in the video, as well as entrant's video submitted, for advertising, publicity and promotion purposes without additional compensation. Winners Three winners will be selected by the passion staff. Prizes (1) 1st - $1,000, 1-year Gold + VIP membership, an passion Spa Kit and an passion T-shirt. (1) 2nd - $500, 1-year Gold membership, an passion Spa Kit and an passion T-shirt. (1) 3rd - $250, 1-year Gold membership, an passion Spa Kit and an passion T-shirt. Prize/Winner Verification No transfer of prize allowed. The winners will be required to sign and fax a release form within seven days of issuance in order to receive their prizes. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or any prize documentation is not submitted as required by Various, Inc., the corresponding prizes will be forfeited.
