 Midnight mass was pretty good... got a little weird when they set the whole island on fire, but still good. What's next to watch? I'm wearing out the documentaries.

 OMG, OMG, OMG!!! Did you see that Season 4 of "Ozark" starts January 21st!!! I can hardly wait!!
Right now I am watchin 1883. With Sam Elliott! Yeah, Yeah...I know...A cowboy watchin a western...cliche, right? And since Sam Elliott is in the top 3 "Best Mustache" in the USA...How could I not watch this!
You aint gonna believe it...But I am enjoying a bowl of your Shrimp Gumbo! I made a big ol' pot today. I tweaked the recipe a bit...Browned the sausage first, added about 2-3 tablespoons of minced Garlic and squeezed some lime juice in. OMGosh this recipe was easy! And Gooooooood! The pot is still simmerin...but I hadda sneak a test-bowl! Funny how I was just thinkin about how I wanted to thank you for the recipe...and check emails...And BOOM! There you are!
