Here Is What I Believe....



Circumstances over the past two years, gave me the opportunity "to." step back and think about what is really important "to." "me.". I find it invaluable "to." review that list and re-confirm what I believe in.

I Believe...God doesn’t give us more than we can handle.

I Believe...There are no coincidences, everything happens for a reason.

I Believe...No one has the right "to." judge me, except me and my God.

I Believe...In the Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I Believe...Everyone should have the right "to." live their true, authentic selves.

I Believe...Every baby born can learn what’s wrong and right.

I Believe...In strong women

I Believe...In respect for elders.

I Believe...In Love

I Believe...In the importance of education.

I Believe...In being strong, even when everything seems "to." be going wrong.

I Believe...If you do what you love, you will love what you do.

I Believe...Happiness is something we can create.

I Believe...In sunshine

I Believe...You should live each day "to." the fullest, as you don't know what tomorrow will bring

I Believe...That each life is measured by the footprints left behind.

I Believe...The greatest gift I can conceive of having from anyone is "to." be seen by them, heard by them, understood by them and "to." be touched by them.

I Believe...I will wake up in the morning "to." face another day.

 The picture included about is of a henna tattoo I had done which re-affirmed what I believe in. Some day, I may have a permanent one done.

Do you take time to think about and remind yourself what You believe in?

 Knowing what one believes in is SOOO important. One ting I do adhere to 99.44% of the time is KINDNESS and I believe it can cure hurts, and disease, and make someone's day better even though you may never know

Yes it's good to keep an actual print-out or some other type of copy - maybe posted on your phone. However, it's important that they are Your words and not someone else's. Thanks for stopping by.

Sounds like you have a strong sense of what is important to you. Extending kindness to someone else often costs nothing; only the effort it takes to do so.

 This is a super duper uber totally fucking awesomeness post!!! I'm working on something along the same lines. Could be just me, tho, kinda sorta, probably gives some type of credence to #2. And, strangely enuf with regard to you thinking of getting a permanent tattoo of "believe" ... in the past two weeks or so, I've been considering Chinese symbols on my wrists representing traits that have led to me finding way back home ... again, a reference to #2. Or, maybe it's just me?! Thank you - reading this deepened what I've always BELIEVED ... things happen for a reason. We just mite not realize it rite away. And, sometimes, one needs a subtle little luving "push" ... *huge huggles*

We all have to find what is most comforting for ourselves.
