Suddenly I had 40 visitors yesterday!!!

 If you go to your home page. Below where you profile image is on the top left, below a bit you see point and show the number of points you got. Click on that will take you to the page of telling you how to earned points and what you can redeem them for.

If you want to redeems your points for Gold membership of 1 month it show me 4,000 pts. And on it stated require ConfirmID. click on the COnfirmID to read more.

I forget to answer to your last part. Well, if you see zero on the points on your homepage. That mean you don't have any points. Could be you had use them away (as show on point page what point can redeem for) or you might not have get some of the points on activities you had done because of glitch problem on the site, but remember any activities that earn points got a limit.
