I was married for 3 decades until a few years ago, I guess its harder trying to connect with man who are probably only looking for a fuck on the side for hard moments in their life for when they're having issues with their actual partner. It seems those are the only ones that are always available in the real world. Of course there are a lot of man on this and other sites. But I am not going to be 56 forever.

 - Eye of the beholder seems to be a subjective thing nowadays, as depth perception and personal wants and desires tend to narrow even the most open minded of individuals.

That said, it's funny to think in my mind I'm drifting to the imaginative idea that there's some sort of serendipity, a chance encounter or happy accident coming my way, where the people I cross when I'm out and about magically become impressionable individuals making a mark in my life somehow.

The sad state of affairs is that in this day and age we are a social media society communicating through sites like this, and by navigating and communicating through our cell phones. That old adage, it's me, not you, by a long shot holds true here. But the unfortunate fact is that most people spend too much time staring at some screen instead of interacting humanly toward their fellow humans.

Even then, when we stand out, we only blend in and go invisible. All I can say is just be, you - granted, it does take two to tango for a meet and greet; however, if someone fails to see you beyond what's in front of them, then they're missing out on a great opportunity knocking at their door

Thanks so much for your insight. I am aware of the social media communication through internet navigation. I am not for it, in fact I hate when I am on the train and ppl are so deep in their games or selfies that they constantly walk into one another.

 They may not be the most snappy dressers but yu have to figure that they got some at home are or not looking . Now I on the other hand why just the other day I was at the Wallymuck and there was a woman dressed to the nines . She was grabbing some beer and I said excuse me ... She held her hand out saying no no I don't have the time . So I didn't bother to tell her that her cell phone had fell to the floor . Then I saw another woman who was dressed really nice and I walked up to her and said I don't want or expect anything from you I just want to tell you that outfit makes you look beautiful and turn to walk away . She stopped me saying where you going and we chit chatted for a while . So I think it is more about what time allows .
