REFERENCE MY POST.....12/15/2013 5:23 pm There seems to be a big change in Daddy's Girls! (AGE Friendly) MODERATORS. It appears that all the MODERATORS are back in Daddy's Girls! (AGE Friendly) including the multiple profiles for SENIOR MODERATOR/ Sister Room owner. The only exception is one MODERATOR that was never notified about termination as a MODERATOR. Was found out while performing duties when the "BAN" feature would not work. (my note: What a way to run a railroad)

There seems to be another rather significant change in MODERATORS in Daddy's Girls! (AGE Friendly). This seems to be the "silly season" for changes A SENIOR MODERATOR and a MODERATOR have left the room. The circumstances are not clear to me, but seems there is some turmoil within Daddy's Girls! (AGE Friendly) (DG) management. This can be confirmed by reviewing the Membership list at Best of the Best. In fact these two MODERATORS and one other FORMER SENIOR MODERATOR have a new room, in direct completion to (DG). This seems to be following a DG management pattern of “using up” and then discarding MODERATORS who are not in the clique. Other than the Banning of myself and SUPERSTUD, which are well documented in this blog, below are the dates of my other blog entries that document similar actions taken against other DG MODERATORS 11/10/2013 8:43 am,,,,,SENIOR MODERATOR 8/21/2013 9:28 am,,,, Moderator left 7/23/2013 8:05 am,,,, Jennas email 7/23/2013 8:55 am,,, Best Chat about her 7/12/2013 6:51 pm,,warning email to Moderators 7/2/2013 8:31 pm,,,,Moderator left 7/3/2013 7:37 pm,,,,Moderator left 3/14/2013 4:59 pm,,a room owners comment 3/1/2013 7:10 pm,, moderator mentioning her departure

Hugs Pal. It has taken me 1 year and 2 months to finally make comment into your blog because of an event that happened to me on 2nd of Jan 2014. I really am not into drama but it seems this same story I am about to tell is coming to ahead by everyone who has posted into your blog. I got up and checked my groups on the 2 Jan 2014 and found I was banned from Best of the Best the mods room without a word or email from the room owner. First off, I thought it was a glitch then realize I couldn't get in to the group anymore. I try to contact the room owner on Y but he didn't answer me. Do note, I was not a mod but a person who helped both DG owner and Sister room owner with site issues. This is how they treat someone who has worked for them since 2010. I call that a slap in the face. He didn't have the balls to even write me of his decision. Now after reading your last post, I see another mod fell victim of being deleted with out any consultation. I have learnt from the past this is now way to run a room. These people who have worked for the moderator should at least be treated with respect. If your going to delete someone just write them and tell them your being delete because..... They would truly understand.  I am so sorry this happened to you. It does follow the pattern of the DG room though. The Room Owner seems to be easily led and persuaded. The pattern of using and casting aside people that have helped the room is very consistent. See the previous posts on this subject that I outlined in my post ,,,1/1/2014 9:32 pm. If this happens to loyal folks like you, what is happening to Room Members that no one is seeing now that they have chosen to hide all of the room activities? I am looking forward to your future post .

Reference my posts,,,,, 7/9/2013 8:42 pm and 7/2/2013 8:31 pm,, below is the email that the Room Owner sent to his Moderators. Is it threatening, or not? You decide. Room Moderators from Daddy's Girls! (AGE Friendly) are still available to you at the rooms mentioned by the DG Room Owner in the below email, if you should need one. I want you all to know that I have come to a decision on some things, that will perhaps effect some of you, before I get into that, I want to say this. I respect each & everyone of you for the thankless work you have given DG, and I truly do appreciate it! Being a Mod, means being a Leader within the Group, being a Leader Means ,setting an example. Being a Mod also means your actions shouldnt damage DG as well. I think all of you will agree with this? Recently I have noticed Our Mods chatting in other groups, even groups that directly compete with DG. Even groups formed for the sole purpose of trying to destroy DG!!! I have never & will NEVER tell a Mod WHERE they can chat! And I have NO PROBLEM with you chatting in certain Rooms. However this where the Problem comes in: 1) If you are chatting in a COMPETING GROUP's Chatroom....ie: Daddy & Good Girl Forum, Younger girls for Older Cocks. These Groups/rooms were created by Member we have BANNED from DG. And created in order to hurt DG.....& DG is YOU, ME & all of Our Members! So IF You chat there YOU ARE DAMAGING DG!! And with that in mind, I think you need to ask yourself ...THIS QUESTION.......Should I be a Mod for DG, because I am actually HURTING & DAMAGING DG, practically SABOTAGING us at DG! Be Honest with yourself, & take the Appropriate action. Every time you go & chat there other members see it & they will follow you as a Leader (a Mod), its soooo DAMAGING to us at DG! 2) As a Mod you should probably really spend at least 1/2 the hours you spend chatting, in DG. This I think allows ANY MOD, proper down time from Modding, & a chance to enjoying the chatting experience without having to Mod at the same time, which we all need. I find it particularly disturbing when I sign in & see SEVERAL of Our Mods chatting in another Group, although not a COMPETING Group but still a Group where The Owner himself is a Troll, & has personally attacked DG & has been banned for it! lately it has been written about in blogs how Our Own Mods are there more than in DG! Do you realize how hurtful that is to me? Especially when you could straddle both rooms & be in both places at once! I think those you who this effects....should also ask yourself this....Am I being Fair to DG? Am I & My Actions helping or hurting DG? I know none of you would TRY to hurt DG on purpose, however the non-verbal message you are sending out, is Id rather chat there than in DG! With that being said, is that the action of a Leader(Mod)? Again Be Honest with yourself! Again, I want to thank ALL of you, for your hard work I do appreciate it! Correct I was banned, for trying set up a MEET AND GREET! reasons were changed many times... These Groups/rooms were created by Member we have BANNED from DG. And created in order to hurt DG. Correct I was banned, for trying set up a MEET AND GREET! reasons were changed many times... WRONG was not created to HURT anyone. Just needed an alternative place to chat for people who enjoy this relationship dynamic. Paranoid much? "QUESTION.......Should I be a Mod for DG, because I am actually HURTING & DAMAGING DG, practically SABOTAGING us at DG! Be Honest with yourself, & take the Appropriate action." The Room Owner has purged four moderators recently from the room apparently for not heeding the "warning". And is also pushing a formerly valued member that helped keep the room afloat (that is the second person of that type that was dumped) You may have hit it one the head,, "Paranoid".

Pal, here is some history about DG. I joined the room back in Sep 2010. I was trying to find a home after Voice decided to leave passion and I ended up with here Two sexy V's room by default. passion gave it to me because she left the site. I was hoping that she would return, so I held onto the room until she did. The room is called Cloud Nine. After joining Daddy's Girl (DG) about a few weeks after, I had a problem with one of their mods. She decided to attack me in the room for no reason. All kinds of questions were asked in an open room. I answer all the question and was very polite to her. I really didn't feel welcome there with her around. Over all the room was a very good one and I got to see lots of friends I have not chatted with in over a year. This attack continue on me with this one moderator and she was really pissed because she was banned from Two sexy V's as I found out through these attack and she held that against me. I didn't ban her Voice the Moderator of Two Sexy V's chat room did. The battle was between her and this moderator not with me. On one Sunday morning Oct 2010, I was chatting in DG and all of sudden the window went blank white screen and I knew I was banned. I couldn't get back into the room. I finally wrote the present Moderator of the room and the person who was running the room to find out why I was banned. I explain everything to both of them and finally got back online a few weeks later. That moderator left DG and open up her own room. She thought she could do it better. Life at that time was good and DG was moving up into becoming one the Best rooms on the site. The room was transferred over to the person who was running the room. I was asked by the new room owner to come on as an advisor to the room. Where I was invited to join Best of the Best moderator room. There was no way I would ever be a mod for any room as I was waiting for voice to return and open up the old room again. I don't mind helping out folks on here as everyone needs help. passion has a weird way of doing business. So the story continues.... Everything in 2011 was pretty good. DG was great. Pa, shit happens and time to move on! For all your hard work this is how they treat you in the end. That goes for lots of mods who have been with DG over the years. Lots left without a question and a few moderators like you and superstud were banned . I know I have not been around the chat rooms much but after what I have seen in the past couple of years it was just making me like shit! Loosing so many good friends being banned over the years for what??? Hello this is just a chat room in cyber space. I was kind of nice we had a good place to chat have fun and share a few laughs but getting rid of the main players was uncalled for. All I have asked was for a simple email but they failed to do that. This left me no choice but to leave both groups. hugs V

they done the same thing to me The sad point is the moderator of the room didn't have the balls to email her back with an answer to her banning. It was well over a month before any of us knew what the final decision was that she would never get back into the room. She realized she did something stupid in the room and did make a formal apology to everyone but that wasn't good enough. Her online friend blue tried to help and few other mods did talk to the room owner but there was no changing anyone's mind. It sucks when you can't do anything for a long term member of the group. To date, she moved over to Alt and is a mod for another room. Good for her but I truly do miss her big time. Getting rid of real long term members out of the group they should just shake their head at this one. Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

First off, I would like to thank Jenna for the running of the DG room for well over a year. It was truly awesome to work for you! Yes we didn't see eye to on a lot of matters as in Vicki banning but that was yours and other Senior Mods choice to leave it banned for life. I did support you 100%. We all did make recommendation some you liked and some you didn't like but over all the room under your control was awesome. I thank Jenna for being an excellent mod and a friend. For our dear moderator of the room I think you truly lost a good one when she left DG. You see the moderator of the room isn't the one that is running the daily operators, he has someone else doing that for him. That is getting folks to check the board and updating the board and holding Sr Mod meetings which the other mods are not invited too. The job is big and for who ever you get into that job you would have to trust them 100 %. As for your mention about a thread being on the board by one of the mods it was uncalled for. You never say anything negative about people it will just bit you in the ass. After you left the room started going down again more and more were being banned for really minor things. I am sorry you have left the site and I hope someday you will return and we can share some laughs again in life. I hope someday life brings you happiness again! "SparklingFrisky5 (52M) i would love to go elsewhere [ 1:18 AM PDT]" Room Owner replies on 7/30/2011 8:05 pm: Sweetheart, our room allows member to pull. You just can't name another room ( our room violation? or give an addy or orphone in the room. If they communicate by passion IM, or mail, and decide, where they will meet, is OK. Room Owner;; replies on 7/7/2011 7:10 am: Agreed Moderator. We allow our mods to determine if a temp. is warranted or not. The mod was there and saw the context it was used in. Cam trolls, I ban immediately. Others, like caps and ANYONE WANT TO PLAY? I try to explain and work with them. A huge part of our success is due to how friendly our room is, so we ALL need to go the extra mile, at times. That being said, we all get days where we get frustrated, and we are not as tolerant, me included.

More on the policy.. I am getting to why I am posting all this. One of the mods had asked if these are always permanent... i told her i wasn't sure, but that it may potentially be temporary. thoughts/answers? I have to say we did have some awesome mods in 2012 and lots of good discussion about banning and unbanning was going on. Here is one example a good discussion between two mods. had to ban XXX ~mentioned another room again~ive warned her a few times...should i email and tell her i'll lift in 3 days?? 1/11/2012 8:28 pm email was sent. > hello~ sorry but i've had to ban you from the DG room~ as it clearly states in room rules you are not to mention other rooms~ you did so tonight. I will lift the ban in 3 days if you reread all rules and agree to abide by them From another mod: explain to her why, and if she replies and says she understands and she will not do it again, then yes you can lift it in a few days. but then if she does it again, she's done. our rules are stated clearly enough, and you've warned her. and she's new enough that the rule change has been there since she started. unbanned XXXX 1/12/2012 6:11 pm Soon after these couple of mods left the group the who place went down hill.
