//// It springed, sprang or sprung?  . I usually enjoy winter, but the last month has been relentlessly cold (by our standards anyway). It should not be long until the flowers come out and we can start the veggie gardens. But alas, by August, you will be you will be hearing me whining about the heat . How is it where you are? Is winter over? Or since we have international bloggers, how is your weather now? Here are some of the things I am looking forward to seeing and doing as the weather warms.        |

This is the ugly part of the year. Old, dirty snow and muddy slush and gray rainy skies. I eagerly wait for the apple blossoms. Probably another month before we see that. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

No grass showing here yet, but it is warmer. Will be glad to get out of the cold clothes and into something sexier

I'm so delighted to hear that it is finally thawing and warming where you are. In my neck of the woods (southeastern australia), we have just left a steamy summer and are now in autumn/fall. The weather is still not sure what season it is. Out of the last four days, we have had temps of 80 degrees plus, I am much more comfortable in the mid to high sixties or low seventies. Still, autumn isn't as pretty as spring. Multiple shades of red and brown leaves aren't to my taste as much as fragrant flowers in dozens of colours. [image]

Spring is springing here too, mainly daffodils.  [image]

It's been a great day here with the temps in the mid 70's. Going to rain tomorrow though. I can't wait to plant flowers. Going get wet going to the doctor too,lol!
