I have walked and ran nude before, but never put-on-running-shoes jogging. Don't think I'd enjoy it very much. I have exercised in a home gym nude. Used a few machines, ran on a treadmill and even cycled on the stationary bike. All of which was actually quite uncomfortable. Jiggling from running aside, cycling nude, is pretty un-fucking-comfortable. And none of which is a good way. But yes, I agree the freedom of it almost makes it worth it. Almost.

Oh! I really must add, fascinating gifs though. I'm suddenly thinking its more a spectator sport. I'd campaign it to be in the Olympics!

I've not jogged naked, not least because I don't jog much. I'v spent a week at a nudist resort a couple of times. That was interesting. It became second nature after a while though sitting on a towel in a bar or restaurant was a resort rule!  [image]

When I was younger I loved being nude, cuz I looked good now days I am afraid I would scare someone into cardiac arrest... have a great day..Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
