+++ Happy Fathers Day
Feliz Día Del Padres. I read something interesting about fatherhood. It may be a little controversial , but I think it is true. " Many men can be a father, some can be a Dad". I have been hearing more frequently, that "it takes a village to raise a child". My response is Bull S**t. It takes parents to raise a child. Today is the day that Dads /fathers get their day in the spotlight. As the Father of two, Grandpa of two and very active God father of two, I will admit, I enjoy the little extra attention today. How about you Dads? Do you have anything going on today? Also , I think it is important to remember our Fathers, even if they may have passed on for their contributions to who we are today.  I wish every father here a Happy Father's Day.
I'm not a biological father though I have a sort-of fatherly role to my girlfriend' children, especially the younger one who is 21 coming on 14!
I have very fond and loving memories of my Dad, who was a key influence in my life.
