^~ We have problems?  Even when I was a kid, I could not have imagined what we have to go through today. Who could have thought that we would some day have these issues? Do you experience these? What is your most annoying " first world" problem? Can you think of others that we suffer through?           |

Great post. I have never considered myself a very altruistic person, that I have been wracking my brain, and can't think of 1 thing that really annoys me. There are many minor annoyances, but they come and are gone again, in less than a second. I DO complain though, so if you have read my blog and I have made a habit of whining about 1st world problems, it was probably because I momentarily got really heated by something, and was so desperate for interesting blog fodder that I felt I must write about it. In general - as far as 1st world problems - in many ways I prefer the way we "used" to do things. Everyone needs to experience living in a country where people do not have the advantages we have. And by that, I mean "live like the people there", not as tourists. By doing that, I believe we would all gain enough empathy to truly understand we are a global village. And, as far as I am concerned - only good would come from that realization. the only thing that really bugs me is the people who buy cars and think a directional signal is optional so they wont pay for one!!! HINT: They have one and do not use it- causing major traffic issues (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Great post here Pal. Lack of food in some areas. Food that we can get has higher prices. Homeless is rapidly increasing as well in most areas. hugs V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

There's a musical group I like called Uncle Bonsai that did a wonderful satire song about first world problems. Go to the yootoob place and search "Problems Uncle Bonsai" and give a listen! Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Happy Monday Pal, you really gave us some food for thought and I have to agree with V. as homelessness seems to be a huge problem not to mention being hungry, as it's not just about kids its about seniors too.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
