Ever since I was a child, the French fry has been a favorite food group for me . There are so many styles, string cut, thick cut, wedge, chips and so many more. Served plain, ketchup on the side, cheese over it, chili. I am sorry if I mess this up, but a Canadian style called Poutine? So there is so much variety to please the most discriminating palate . Are you a French fry person? Do you avoid them. IF you like them, what is your favorite style?

 Poutine made the right way is to die for!! Best I have had so far was in a pub in the back end of nowhere Maine called Willy's. Tater tots, curds, duck gravy!!! For some reason it is no longer on the menu and has been replaced with pulled pork poutine( gravy) And the choices at Sebago Brewing: one location is hand cut large fries and the other is house made tater tots: yep the tots win

 Poutine is great but the best is only in Quebec. I have try them else where but not the same. I am guessing it is the cheese. Yes do love my fries. Hugs V
