Most of us have been home for so long. Maybe losing our routine at the local gym? It took me a long time to set up my routine of usage and what equipment to use. And I can feel the routine will have slipped when I go bac I have been fortunate have a tread mill, so I am keeping up cardio work also with a long walk with the brutes . How are you doing with your routine? When things are freed up, how do you think your recovery will go? Maybe the clothing requirements should be waived for a period of time relieve one more pressure .

 Gyms here will be opening again soon, but it's not going to be the sexy kind of gym it once was for sure. I just hope they open safely and social distance. Besides it's kind of a sexy tease just watching from a far I hope your Hump Day is a sexy one..

 I was thinking of joining a gym just as the lockdown started. Oh, darn. *snicker* I'll think about it again someday. Meanwhile, my routine hasn't really changed much. My rotundness has not increased with the lockdown - I still get out and walk.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
