I can go with music or nothing, but occasionally porn has been on, and I found it very hot.

Soft music , smooth jazz or quiet is good too. The music in most porn is too hokey. Having porn on silently might work......just look up on occasion....and smile.~~

If you could hear people close by, maybe in the next room, that would definitely bring an element of excitement. Speaking of music, I had a girlfriend once who liked music to be on. If we were just starting to have sex, she would often cross the room to put on a CD.

Well, a former partner and I were a bit... noisy one morning. So much so that we (or I rather) woke up the roommates, and was gifted score cards under the door after the hour session was done! Does that count?  Sounds like it was worth the embarrassment of the score cards! I live in a semi, and I remember one night the neighbors were going at it so hard their bed was thudding hard against the wall. Fairly rapidly too. I hope she wasn't too sore the next day!
