Not even the courtesy say hello when you have viewed my profile over and over is just rude. I know some use my pictures get off with. As long as I don't know have fun but if is an on going thing I will block you

 First let me say hello. I have had similar views but no response even after saying hello after repeated views. Such is life. I also have had many good chats with people that have responded.

 As a standard member I am not able to see profiles of other members unless they paid the extra fee for regular members to view their profile.

Could this be what this person is doing is only seeing your photo or they are a gold member and continue to visit your profile but never send you a message?

 All the reasons listed above by Lala, Seems & Mr Whisper are valid & more than likely why many do not write to you. I also think geography plays a big part and while I'm sure you get plenty of fan mail from all corners of the planet maybe there aren't that many who are close enough to your part of the country to bother trying. Also I would imagine the vast majority of them are standard members which means they can't contact you unless they cough up some money.
