    Probably more in tune with morning/wake-up when on day off, and mid afternoon (same). I really am not a fan of sex at bedtime. When I go to bed last thing at night, it's to sleep, nothing else, though obviously there would be times when you would have sex. But my least preferred option by far
Interesting, when I have had a stressful day and need to shut off my brain...sex is my cure
