For me I voted for natural breasts. but the thing is, it's up to the woman if she wants her breasts enlarged or if a medical condition such as cancer has forced her to have so called fake breasts to feel whole again. I myself have been with a woman that had to have her breasts removed and reconstructed and having sex with her after that was unreal. And I never looked down on her before that. So keep that in mind people as far as NATURAL OR FAKE BREASTS. A woman feelings is what counts. I can spot them a mile away because they don't bounce like real ones or they look like footballs or basketballs.

It's the woman's body to do with as she desires and what anyone else thinks is just judgmental. Me, I'm a legs and ass man and a woman's breasts are like near the bottom of the list of things I look for. I am a man that prefers a woman for what she is. I really don't care if she has A cup or DD cup its the woman inside that appeals to me. A woman's breasts only serve to turn my head briefly, the sexual stimulation for me is more within the mind, not her breasts. For me breast enlargement is more for a woman's vanity. There are a few physical attributes that turn me on, but they are her eyes, they melt me, very sensual lips that beg to be kissed, and a nice firm and rounded bottom.

I support a woman's decision to choose natural or augmented, and there are myriad reasons why women have reductions, implants, reconstruction surgery: motivated by her health concerns, recovery from surgery for cancer, painful effects of too large endowment, her desire to regain the shape she had before nursing babies, wanting to be less flat chested, or ANY reason that furthers her own emotional self esteem. In any iteration, at any age, it should hopefully be because she loves herself, not merely to please the male gaze. It's her body. I accept that.

Natural because the nipples seem to be more sensitive. i love a woman who gets wet when her nipples are tweaked, pulled, twisted, tongued, bitten. The women I've been with who have had augmentation don't seem to have the degree of turn-on and arousal as naturals. Just my experience.
