Sometimes I read and post on blogs! Hi everyone... Sometimes, I read and post on people's blogs... I think it is interesting to read blogs... Well, not everybody's blogs are interesting... but, some are. Whether you are friends of mine, on my hotlist, or just interesting, I do read blogs... And, sometimes I will post... But, I think that if I take the time to post on a blog, that, perhaps that person might respond... If I don't get a response, I usually won't post anymore? What are ya all's thoughts on this? Am I being too hard? Or, does it matter? Please let me know... Thanks, in advance for your responses... (Even in foreign languages)... You don't always have something to say. I like to put the vote button on the right hand side, and I click agree as I read each one. Unless, I disagree of course. But I don't always have a reply for everyone. I don't do it to be rude. So, I would say you're being too hard. If you ask a question and don't get an answer, then you might be on the right track.

thanks Harrisontwpguy... I hadn't thought about that... Most of the blogs that I read are from women that have friended me or seemed to be interested and their blogs had something to say and it seemed to me that they wanted comments... However, maybe they just posted for reactions... in reading some of their responses, it seems that that is the case.... But I don't always have a reply for everyone. I don't do it to be rude. So, I would say you're being too hard. If you ask a question and don't get an answer, then you might be on the right track. I hadn't considered that... and, yes, I've seen the vote buttons, but, I didn't realize that they were being used by the blogger... I am so naïve!!!! Thanks for clearing that up for me... Oh, so true... well, I'll have to start reading your posts... Fame has its price though... Sometimes, it's good enough to have a perfect stranger enjoy something you wrote about, true or made up!!! I try to respond even though sometimes it may take me a few days to do so. I have a question: when I use the "Respond" option my reply shows up just underneath the original person's comment and I like that. But on some other people's blogs, like yours, the bloggers reply shows up as it's own comment with the responder's comment in quotes. Why is that? What is the difference in how a bloggers reply shows up? Nice to see you blogging. From some of your comments on the blogs of others I expect good things from you....no pressure.

The difference is that instead of selecting 'Respond' I've noticed that some of the bloggers (and, I do it now) select the 'Quote' option, which includes the poster's comments as if they were being quoted... For me, it makes it easier to read, because some bloggers have so many posts, that when I am trying to respond I have to keep scrolling up or thru pages... So, if when responding I select 'Quote' instead of 'Respond', I can see what you wrote without having to scroll up or down... It is easier for me... I don't blog that much (this is only my second one), but I'm learning... Thanks for your input... I will look at your blogs later on today and add my 2cents worth... I am new to blogging so I say just relax and I'd a response isnt quick as you might wish : chill! Time runs differently on blogosphere IMHO Just when I think I am misunderstood, I end up knocking people out of my hotlist and what not, because I think it is a one-way street... So many people on passion post blogs... and I think hmmm... interesting, and I comment on many of their blogs and they never, ever respond back... so, it does get nerve-wracking...but, I am going to be a 'more' patient person... Oh, I hope that I can be a 'more' patient person... I quit doing new year's resolutions, because they are too hard for me... thanks again for the post!!! I haven't "responded" yet to your latest comment on my 'Summer Blog', guess cos I realize I'm "not reading you". I've read a few of your Blogs now - and the Blog about the lady you met in real life. That Blog touched a chord in me - perhaps cos - well I experienced something similar. Hope you'll give me a clue about "reading you"? You're from the same place as his best friend was. Just something I'm thinking now. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my second blog... I like how you have started reading me with some of my initial writings... When I look back at them, I see a difference to what I am writing now... Hmmm... yes, you are "reading me now"... I thought that you had gotten tired or bored... as, it has been quite some time... be that as it may... I'm happy that you ventured a second & third look... reading some of my earliest blogs... and, interestingly enough, there is some commonality in experiences... Now, that you are reading and commenting on my blogs, it is like establishing a two-way conversation, rather than just me reading you and responding... Now, when you read me... maybe, it touches a nerve as with your reference to the lady I met from this site two years ago... Now, that conveys a sense of interest that gives you cause to ponder... and, think... hey... wait a minute... we both experienced something similar... and, maybe we wrote about it... but, we definitely felt it... The reading of people, I think comes from the openness we have behind this cyber-space mask... if we delve into the stories or blogs that one pens, we can gain insight into their thoughts... hopefully... you are not an axe murderess, but, if so, have no interest in travelling to my neck of the woods for satisfaction... just sayin'... hmmm... where am I from? how many of my blogs did you read? hmmm... inquiring minds want to know... and, in the end... it's all good...
