Fixing The Blog Glitches: How Much Interest Is There? a recent post by Temptrzz Are You Dealing With This I mentioned a rough idea on how we, the bloggers, might get the site attention the glitches etc that annoy many of us. She asked about following that idea and here we are. First I want gauge how much interest there is in ACTUALLY DOING something about the site glitches and only the site glitches , on the blogs. More on the only the site glitches later. If there is little interest I’m not going go any further. Basically, if “WE” are actually have a chance of getting the blogs fixed or at least in better shape, it will take a significant number of bloggers get some attention. That is because, as of several years ago the bloggers were less than 5% of the membership and probably closer 1%. And, there seems be even less now. So if enough people express interest here this post I will initiate the next step. 5 people won’t be heard, 10 people won’t do it, 20 might get some attention – so we will need more than that. For that reason the first thing I need know how many people are interested. What I have in mind will take a little effort, a little thought, some organization and time, and some cooperation – zero egos are needed. And, even if we do what I have in mind there is no guarantee the site will do anything. Again, bloggers are less than 5% of the membership that is very little. I suggest you tell your friends, fans and other bloggers (particularly ones who have been away for a while) who don’t post or read much that a plan/idea is in the works. Have them read this post and simply say you are interested in addressing the glitches. Right now that is I want know. If enough people are interested then comes the next step – deciding what we want them address. If we ask for “too much” (whatever that may be) they are not likely to do anything. So, think about that for the next part of this thing we may do. If we can’t agree that we will be divided and likely . . . ignored. Regarding the only the site glitches part. Be absolutely clear on this, if you get into personalities and similar BS your post will be deleted and you’ll be blocked – no exceptions. I am not interested in that BS so leave it in the sewer. If there is BS I’m not going to go any further. If you don’t understand what has been said here so far – ask questions. If you are interested post here . . . now . By now it's obvious that what started as a blog glitch (or it seemed so) is actually site-wide. Words and numbers disappearing from profile texts and in-site hyperlinks. I have repeatedly contacted site support over the past months without response.

Thanks for posts all noted and to original poster for posting. It's sad to read that paying Gold members are also seemingly experiencing wording errors in their blogs. It is my intention to make a complaint concerning the aspect with reason. If it is not redressed within a suitable time period will delete my account and return in two years to see if problem has been resolved assuming Covid19 does not get me first. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

....I'm with you on this one.... the crazy way posts get messed up is nuts.... and if you happen to write a poem and words go missing it will drive you bonkers.... hope that there is attention from the administrators on this issue.... ...and as always for new bloggers .... make sure you keep your blog and your posts visible to passion members only.... a little effort goes a long way.... Yup. Blogs are about the only thing that a standard member is allowed to enjoy anymore. Sadly, the site seems to be actively making the blogs unusable. So...I'm interested in helping. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Red, as I read through al the comments I see the dawn of a new day coming about, when BiiggLala volunteered to do home work on this project.. All you have to do is keep her mind off the guys on da loading dock.. I think she has some writing skills... Did I say that !! Yes when she sets her mind to it you can get the grasp of the text after a while, maybe that is what corporate needs is some of her ramblings.. After a bit of it they surely will cave in... Have another cold one even offer Lala one.. That would be more impossible than getting glitches fixed  When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

It was my intention to delete my account here and will do it, believe you me. From the post quoted, my thinking now suggests the wording errors and omissions maybe an integral part of website in proof of you being genuine on here. Maybe more time is needed to form a more firm opinion.

Zero response, also no "bug number" - nothing ...  Service ?!Giacomo  Such a smart idea to leave these requests "pending", being not visible for other members ... Your post is pending review by the owner of this blog. Sorry, but I´m about to loose my patience. And believe me: I am quite patient. I posted this issue on 13.05.2020 and once more on 02.06. without ANY reaction. Many other German member are having the same issue, and it´s embarrassing. The site is NOT KEEPING the language setting. While setting up a new blog post in GERMAN language it switches to English. The post is not visible in the German "blog-land", but in German language it shines up on the American/English "blog-list". So please stop this, as I have to re-adjust the language settings about twenty time during one visit. Now I am sometimes even not able to switch back to German, it is no longer changing from English. So what, please, should I do now. What´s wrong and - sorry - why isn´t there any response? Even in Covid-19 times it should be possible to receive a feedback within EIGHT weeks. Maybe you are not understanding, what´s my issue (and of many other German speakting bloggers)?
