hot list and friends

Been away from this site for a while,decided not to renew my membership because basically no one in my local area wanted to meet,so now only a standard member, however, if I try to add anyone to my hot list I get a message saying, I'm over my 200 limit and to delete some.....but when I go into my hot list, it shows that there is no one there !!??!! Confused !
Also all my friends have disappeared .... is there some thing wrong with the site, or have I got it wrong ??

 It sounds to me like there might be a glitch or bug.Your best bet is to call customer service and speak to someone I've called a number of times They are available 24/7 and always answer and have been very helpful.Good luck

 Someone from the UK isn't, one would assume, going to call the US to speak to their version of 'customer service'.

Use the help link and if they're of no use - which is the norm - then post on the Site Support Blog and they'll be able to advise.

 Many thanks for your help. This site has so many glitches its unbelievable, I can log in and all is ok, and then minutes later have no friends or hot list, no preferences, then today I cant see any one on cam, nothing shows up.
Sometimes I can start 3 chat messages per day, now I cant chat at all unless I pay a point.
No wonder so many refuse to pay to use the site now.
