I want to Share this with You!!! Hello Everyone, I am very proud to say that I have been almost 2 months Smoke FREE. I think I beat it. Don't really get the cravings that much at all. I think that I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Now what I do, I get busy running and walking. getting fit. I wanna be healthy, it feels so much better. I wanna be in my best shape for summer. cause those little dresses and big wedges days are coming up. but best of all. I think I am getting out of the smoke craving. I am doing pretty good. Just sharing little things of my life, I tho you would like to hear that  And that is it Folks, now back to work  |

Wonderful news!!!!! Congratulations, your food will taste so much better and you will feel so good! They say after a year of not smoking your lungs begin to re-grow as if you never smoked at all. I quit in 1994, was really never a heavy smoker anyway. SOO glad I did too, it really is a nonsmoker world anyway. Just hang in there and keep going...... {=} {=} KCClaire0923
