It warmed up a bit the past couple days... It got above 30 and is a heat wave compared to last week!!! The trade off is that last week was clear (so colder) and this week sacked in with clouds and been pouring almost constantly. Been offline busy with college homework. I know, an older college kid. LOL. Thanks for your focused blog entry ("Guys Sucky Sucky Time"). I started writing a comment to it... and kept deleting it. In fact afeter about 30 minutes of that, I figured out that you really got my mind spinning and inspired me to just include all that into my own blog. Thanks for being you Thalia. Like you keep saying, who really cares about what the haters are saying (as long as they gripe in generalities). Some of that is so ridiculous, that it is almost comical. Unless, of course when they start getting specific and personal to someone. Then, like you, I get protective of people. Ugly inside, burns through and through. I don't understand how some people think that they can justify, and elevate their own self-worth at the expense and downfall of others!  Been missing reading you around. Some people simply want to ruin everything. they want to make everything about them. they are simply jealous and unhappy. that is why they act that way. they always want to be talking about others or blogging about others. they are simply paranoid creatures. How have you been, how is everything?

Thank you, yes it is, I get blood work twice a year. but my full check out is only once a year. especially when we get older, is even more important to be on top of it. It has been rainy in here as well.

i have no need of hugs , i am blessed in many ways and have almost no stress or drama because i won't allow it . peace be with you all ,stop trying to make the the flaming hamster wheel you are on go faster to put the flames out , get off breathe deep , sit in quiet solitude , reconnect with your true self , turn off the electronics , go outside look around you , be grateful for 10 things ,remember the man who has no shoes who was despondent untill he met the man with no legs ... perspective is priceless. now cotribute to my campaign to cure the cause of all this ridiculous crap, c.r.i. cranial rectal inversion syndrome , help us help them give much give often .they outnumber us. salaam alykum
