Very nice, bravo for you...I will tell you, the first 3 to 4 weeks are the worse, do something that you like to get distracted when you get the urge. I used to run or walk every time I was feeling the urge, I also used to get online and look at clothes or dresses just to get distracted from the urge, is all about doing things that you love to do.

Hang in there, if you make it to 6 weeks. you have great chances or beating it.

Be strong. say no no and no. no excuses. you can do it. I know you can.

I will smile next year when I get to see your post. make sure to let me know when you post it. so I can congratulate you.

Congrats on reaching such a BIG milestone. Form someone who has been down the same road, at first it was hard, but the longer I went without one, the easier it became and now I am happy to say I haven't smoked for 25 years. Before you know it, you'll be 2, 3, 4 and more years without smoking.

Oh very nice, congratulations to you as well. we are very new in it. but is all about the will of saying no. I believe in you. you can make it. like you. I also don't have the desire to go back. I just don't want to. I feel much better this way. I do not want to go back either.

Is good to hear stories like this. cause is not easy. you have friend here if you ever need to talk

Hahahaha, Thank you....Love how you put it down Hahaha, but is true, the smell was bad, that was one of the main reason why I wanted to quit, hated the smell, so that made it a little easier for me Lol

I also didn't like how I need to be at the dentist every 3 months just to keep a clean bright smile. no joke. that was killing me. now I only go every 6 months Lol
