I am actually feeling better, is already a part of my daily things to do. I already got in to it. before my friends would call me to say see you there at 5...now I get there before and I am there whether they go with me or not. Now I feel comfortable to work out by myself. been going 4 to 5 times per week. little by little I can now see the change on my body. very slow progress but I can see my arms shaping up, my back and chest looking better, along with my legs and butt. I am getting a firm bubble butt, I can actually see it when I wear tight pants or a tight dress haha
