It means nothing is being suggested to happen beyond the initial meeting. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

To me "no strings" means no expectations. No expectations of texts, phone calls or any communication other than when you just want sex. Not for me. I like some kind of friendship.

No string attached is probably a one time fling. Like picking up someone in a bar. Might not even know their real name, marital status or much. Beyond that it becomes more of a FWB situation involving communication, texts, phone calls, dinner etc.

To me it means just a basic friendship on a casual level. Yes there is sex but it is not meant to be a serious relationship and should not become "clingy". Have a few drinks, some laughs and sex. Make it so it is something you look forward to. It should be someone you both or everyone enjoys depending on your situation. Okay I am starting to ramble, Sorry.
