Breast Implants So I've reached out to several cosmetic surgeons to discuss my desire to get bigger, fuller breasts. It's something I've been wanting to do for years so it's time I finally move towards it. The few of you I've told about this desire have told me vehemently that I don't need larger breasts, and I appreciate the honesty, if you are being honest, and I am sure most of you are. But I've also met plenty of guys, here and elsewhere that agree with me, that if I had bigger tits, it would make a huge improvement to my body. Like I said, I've wanted this for a long time - so no one has persuaded me, but I do listen to what you guys say, no matter which opinion you hold. My breasts are currently 32C. I'm not sure what size I ultimately want, but I know I want to go quite a bit larger. I hope that's not crazy of me. I've always wanted larger breasts. I love how they look on a small frame like I have. So many women I've seen in Hollywood and in porn have that look - and I really want it. I am open to listening to your opinions. Personally I think you are absolutely gorgeous as you are. That being said I married a woman with 38DD's and we both love me playing with them. What it really comes down to is what makes you happy. If you are happy with who you are then the change could be good, if you think the change will make you happy you will probably still be looking for another way to find that happiness,

Ok, breasts are fun. Breasts are fun to look at, and play with. But there are really two parts to the equation: 1) The initial attraction. This is where larger perky breasts are preferred 2) When you are going for it. When it is actually time to play I have a lot more fun with women who have super sensitive breasts. It becomes all about feed back and reaction. So, if surgery has a chance at reducing the pleasure you get and show from having your breasts and nipples manipulated then it might not be a great option. Fun, laughs and beer.

32c is already pretty full. Honestly 32dd is the biggest I would go if i were you. From experience as a guy, much bigger either looks fake or fat. But in the end it comes down to what you feel most confident about because, I'm sure guys are going to love you either way!

personally I like boobs, not afraid to say it. Have met women such as yourself wanting to enlarge, I say go for it if you like an have desired. Personally, hard to judge without the nude photos, but guessing a 36C would be nice on you?

Hi Mandy, I will first start out with telling you I am a breast man. Small, med, or large I love them all. That being said it doesn't really matter what anyone says, it has to be something you want to do for YOU. It doesn't matter what others want because at the end of the day they might be all gone and you will still have the larger breasts. Next you need to do a lot of research. You need to find a good Dr. that has a REALLY good track record and has MANY happy women. I have seen so many where the Dr. did a hack job and the breasts look horrible. Finding the right Dr. is so very important. Next is size. Of all the augmentations I have seen, and I have seen a LOT, Bigger is not always better. What I think is best is when you can't really tell. I know many women that you can't really tell if they have. Even some that I knew them before and couldn't really tell. This is a good reason to do a lot of research and get input from women that have had it done. Ultimately they have to make YOU happy. OK, my 2 cents is in. If you do decide to go ahead, make sure you get the absolute best surgeon you can. I like breasts of all sizes (small and firm being my favorite). But, one real turn-off is an implant that leaves a line extending straight down from each areola... for me, it's a sign of an implant not well done.

recent trend in porn is back to more natural breasts, which I'm in favor of. I've also had plenty of experience exploring the breasts of many lovely ladies from each camp. while I have encountered a few store boughts that felt quite nice and frankly by touch I could'nt tell they were installs.. so many after market boobs develop a certain rigidity and can sometime get quite hard.. yeah, they look good from a distance and maybe up close but they don't malet in your mouth like a natural breast does. There is also the risk of reduced sensetivity in the nipple and aureola, there's just nothing quite like that certain squish of a beautiful natural breast. just some random thought from the geriatric bus

based on the pic from you redskin post I can see why you would want them a bt larger than what they are. i have yet to see them without a top on thin=m or in person as of yet. So I would have to say a bit more would b very hot on your body, to make it even hotter.

Bigger can be better sometimes but huge can be a distractor in the end sometimes, the big question is what is your over all measurments, 36-24-36, you say you are a 32 so what are the rest of your measurements with a c cup that are nice and full size, I would go no more than two or 3 bigger than your bottom, so what are you totall measurement and would be nce to get to see a front and side pics for us to give even better answers for you.

I can't imagine you being any more beautiful than you already are! Like others have already said, this is entirely your decision. I personally think you're already a 10 out of 10. It's hard to believe you have much room to improve.

I think yours look more than fine as they are. Personally, I'm more into the shapeliness & contours of a woman's nipples. I did check out your profile, and noticed I couldn't get a view of them... was quite disappointed.  Thoughts from the Garden...

Dear Amanda, This is entirely your decision of course; your body and how you feel about the way you look. I must say, however that you look lovely right now and a 32C cup is plenty. Heck, a lot of women would sell their kidneys for a 32C cup! I would caution you as well to not put much stock into what you see from Hollywood and most especially what you see in pornography. Anything from either of these sources is so plastic and fake as well as, really, superficial and fleeting. Also, there is the cost to consider. Not just the money but the physical cost. Any surgery is traumatic and will leave scars. Both literally and figuratively. Like I said though, the decision is yours, but I would strongly advise against breast augmentation. I remember a guy in trans, that was looking to get some augmentation work done.Stated that he didn't want saline or silicone implants. I told him the only thing that would be left to do is some sort of grafting.Maybe an asstochestectomy might be what he should be looking for! Using more than all the road!

You are a sexy lady. You already have a very nice body. It's not as if you have A cups and wish you had some tits, you already have nice ones. I've seen nice looking fake breasts and I've seen terrible looking ones, even from the same surgeon. However, the best sets of breasts I continue to run into are always natural. Too big can definitely be not attractive. Plus, real tits have a great bounce to them that most fake ones don't, especially if they are like 2 basketballs that just sit there rigid. I would say keep what you have. Or at least don't go overboard if you decide to get the operation.
