What's the point?

What's the point? I don't normally complain about this stuff. We're all on here experiencing the same stupid shit. Wanna chat with someone when you're not a Gold Star Super Fancy Premium Member, you have spend some . It's the way it is, and I accept it. If I feel like responding a chat, I chat. It doesn't bother spend the .... If it's worth it. Here's the part that pisses off though. When a person initiates a chat, and you respond, SPENDING YOUR , only have them not speak another word. Nothing. There you sit, once comment in, 17 down the drain, and all you've managed accomplish is.... Hi The worst part? Having it be someone you know... I need pick better friends. |

There is a lot of crude people out there.... Mostly guys for sure. I am sure it is difficult on this site getting bombarded with that. Some people have no tact.

Yep. It doesn't really bother me to spend the points if it's worth it. I chose to not go gold this time, so I accept the limitations. This site is just too broken for me to want to pay for it, I mainly just blog anymore.... And even that is problematic. This post is a prime example...

It’s certainly become a fact of chatting life on this site that non gold members need to shell out moolah for points to engage in simple communication. That being said, it does suck donkey balls when you fork over those points only to get no response or a stunted conversation that can end abruptly fir any reason. My suggestion is to shame your friend into giving you the 17 points you wasted for a “hi”. If that friend is truly a good one, there shouldn’t be a problem. I know I would gladly do that for any of my friends on here. Just a thought.

That's another thing that has gone away.... Standards can't friend other members anymore. They can accept a request but they can't initiate one...

So if you're not a gold member & someone wants to chat with you then you have to pay to chat?? I realize they are out to make a buck, but you can go other places for less or free. I usually don't initiate a chat, I just message.... and not often there either. I let my gold expire every time and wait about 6-8 weeks til they offer it half off. Plus, when I joined, it was under my own affilliate program, so I get another 20% back (after I reach a specific dollar amount tho)

I was always gold in the past.... I chose not to this time around because it's just not worth it anymore. Blog posts are chewed to shit and the quality of guys I have near me.... There is a lot that needs to change for me to want to spend money.
