What do you do when you find yourself awake in the middle of the night? There are a lot of things I'd like to be doing when I'm awake in the night. Snuggling with a special someone... Middle of the night sex with a lover... Sleeping!! But, what do I really find myself doing? Tonight I found myself listening to 'Man Eater' after calling this crazy hotline number.  Cause, yah! I'm that person who sees this crazy stuff on faceplace and thinks... I'm trying it! |

i am listening to spandau ballet "true" on the uuutube. oh! now we are on thompson twins "hold me now". while.... eating croutons. they seem to be my snack lately. i rationalize to myself that it's like i'm having toast.

OMG! Hall and Oates! Absolute fav! The first time I saw them in concert I thought I was going to see a solo artist named Holland Oates!! lol! The next day I went to Music Millennium [a Portland landmark!] and bought every record they had ever made up to that point! I was in love! I decorated my bedroom with their album covers. I loved their album cuts, especially "I'm just a kid, don't make me feel like a man"; not a hit, but a sexy John Oates song on the Abandoned Luncheonette album. Okay so now it reads like he's a grown ass man trying to pick up teenagers, but at the time it spoke to me!! For me, in the middle of the night, I will usually catch up on youtube vids that I subscribe to or that's when I do most of my writing. That's usually when the inspiration hits.

Lol. Hall & Oates. Well, sometimes I turn the TV on and search for something to watch. Sometimes I turn on the tv and switch to the computer input and find some porn to watch and or porn/erotic stories to read...and then..something happens and I find myself feeling sleepy...zzzzzz. ...\8   I wonder what that something could be... LOL

And for the middle of the night activity, your kiss is on my list. Yes I am a huge Daryl Hall & John Oates fan. That blue eyed soul pop duo was the best thing of the 80’s. I really should hire some Private Eyes to find my collection....

I haven't heard that song in ages! When I wake up, I try my hardest to go right back to sleep, otherwise my brain takes over and I'm screwed!

I keep the remote right there. If I wake up I can find some bad sitcom rerun to put me back to sleep.

Hmmm... interesting. I usually sit on the couch, put on the golf channel, check out activity on the island 🏝 and listen to the silence. Although now... I guess I'll have another option... ... or not. 😊 👍 🍷🍷❗😎

I hate when that happens. I will usually go online and see if I find something interesting to read, if not, I will try and just get back to sleep. Either way, the following day will be a mess.

Once I'm awake it is very hard for me to go back to sleep. Sometimes reading helps.

 Ah McLade, you do make me laugh........ Other things you could try might include calling random numbers in Toronto and pretending you're from Amazon, or calling the speaking clock in the UK to listen to it tell the time?  Alternatively, please just keep blogging because aye, ye're very good at it!!

I have a couple of movies that I'll put on... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Last night was a rough one.

I must have slept all of three hours last night  My foot was in agony!I'm due to see the podiatrist next week and then I'm booked for an x-ray on my foot (again). I hope I sleep better tonight. I can't go for that...no can do!
