Wow! We got no shortage of people who have eaten exotic meat. There are definitely plenty of people who have eaten bison (buffalo), which is common in the northwestern part of the Great Plains in North America, especially the states of Montana and Wyoming in United States and Alberta province in Cananda. I heard the people of Montana love to eat bison, especially the testicles (or balls) of male bisons. If there is anybody who is from Montana or who has been to Montana before and has tried Rocky Mountain oysters made from bison's testicles, let me know by writing your comment or suggestion on the comment box ("Add A Reply"). If you know a place that serves Rocky Mountain oysters made from bison's testicles, please write down the name of the restaurant as well. I'll be more than happy to try it when I have a chance.

(P.S.: Just in case you are feeling puzzled, Rocky Mountain oysters are not really oysters or some kind of shellfish, but they are actually deep-fried pieces of testicles from bulls or male bison.)

The wild boar I shot in E Texas was the best pork I've ever eaten. Reminded me of the pork I ate growing up. The pork in the stores now has been bred to be healthy and lean but tastes like crap. I wont buy it.
Venison is exotic? Who knew? Been hunting it for years.

I've had all of those and enjoyed them...Though I wouldn't think of goat, venison or wild boar as exotic. They're all over Texas

venison isnt very exotic, many have it as a staple in many parts of the country, concerning the wild boar...the construction company i worked for once in myrtle beach had a xmas party where one had been slow cooked for days beforehand...it was tender and fell apart with a fork..i suspect it was the cooking technique and the youth of the boar that made the results rather than the nature of the meat..

I have never eaten exotic meat before. If I do have a chance, I definitely want to try wild boar meat. I heard the wild boar meat is very tender, much tender than pork. I want to know how goooooooooooood the wild boar meat is. (If you have tried wild boar meat or any other exotic meat, feel free to write your comment in the comment box. I want to know how good they are. Thanks.)
