As a past flight attendant, and not with Singapore Airlines....I will agree that it is by far the best customer service I have experienced to date.

Singapore Airlines is my top favorite airline because it not only has a high safety record, but also has excellent service, particularly hospitality. The staff in an airplane run by this company was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and this made my trip very enjoyable even in long international flight (especially from San Francisco to Hong Kong and Singapore). Asiana Airlines (from South Korea) is also another great airline that is also in my favorite. Their English skill is not bad, as the pronunciation is slightly off, but still manage to understand their speech at least 80% of the time. Otherwise the service is great. And what a surprise! EVA Air also made it to the top 10? I really want to go to Taiwan to find my long-lost relatives from my father's side, who share the same surname (family name, last name), ethnicity, and ancestral homeland as mine. If I have the opportunity, I also want to ride a plane that is run by EVA Air. I am certain the quality of service must be in par with Singapore Airlines and Asiana Airlines. I do look forward to flying EVA Air in the future!
