HNW-Movember

HNW-Movember Well I wanted to do at least one Movember for HNW and it's just hard for me to show my work outs or me out moving in November. Oh..I'm still moving and working out during the cold months..but I'm rarely even close to half naked doing it.  So I decided to post something from this summer. I cut the granddaughter out of the pic, but it depicts my motivation for getting back into shape. Being able to not only see my grandkids grow, but to have fun with them along the journey. Staying active, eating right and yes..Moving. It looked silly with my face cut out, so..here's a face pic too. Just came in from body boarding with my only grand daughter. Cripes I could use a man tan right now! It's so cold out that last night a car slid through the curve behind the house went air born and snapped the utility pole in half. Shoot, there goes my tanning bed. Seriously, a great photo (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Exactly!!! All my grandkids love the beach. Though I'm hearing two are moving to Idaho with their dad. That's gonna go over well with me.
