No It Does Not

One of the oldest and tired cliches or cynical joking. I hope they don't sue me.

Turtle and frog legs come to mine as well. What is the weirdest thing you've ever tasted, and don't say KFC

I think people taste things differently. For example, I'd rather eat sewage than broccoli, they tried to get me to drink cranberry juice for a UTI, after one sip I said I'd rather have the infection. So, even though I've heard it denied, frog legs taste exactly like chicken to me. I've had a lot of different things. I want to get hold of some lutefisk and maybe balut. The way I figure it, if someone's willing to eat something twice, it can't be too bad. Except for the broccoli. Rattlesnake, alligator, kangaroo, I have enough squirrel saved up to make a nice dinner. I used to know an exotic meats website where you could order pretty much anything that isn't endangered.

Is Balut the eggs that are fairly well developed?

Don't forget 'Chicken of the Tree' ("gallinas de palo") aka iguana.

Pairs best with a crisp Riesling.

Never had the opportunity to try that.

I've had snake (Western Rattlesnake was one) a couple times. It was cooked over an open campfire and tasted like chicken would if done the same way. I like KFC so I don't want to know what it really is.

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

HoHowdy replies on 24/2/2019 3h33:
Yeah, snake is not too bad, though I've only had it breaded and fried.

I've had ostrich and alligator. Both taste a lot like chicken. Frog legs are great! They not only taste like chicken, but look pretty much like it, too.

Hmmmm....I know I left that wand around here somewhere!

Nothing wrong with frog legs, but the fresh ones moving around in the skillet while cooking is kind of freaky.

I don’t know about the chicken thing, but any kind of seafood tastes like tuna to me!
Love the post!

I need a really great kiss!!

I still like tuna in casseroles and tuna salad on toast, now I'm hungry.
