So does size matter

Just wondering as a guy who wasnt born lucky lol is it vetter to be upfront about my size or is better just not to say anything and hope for the best... im abkut 4 and half inches hard..... just wondering whats best approach to the other person....

 I think telling the person the truth is best but just say small with out actual measurements as I think they will think tiny and 4+ is not tiny so you may look better. Also a shorter cock removes any gag factor that may scare some plus swallowers enjoy the room to take more cum. Mine used to be a good 6 incher but the older I get it seems to get smaller...damn...but that doesn't stop me.
