Just remember we reach a low there is only up from there. But as my doctor told me after seeing her post Covid she told me you need to talk to someone. I told her I am she asked me who I told her you (true by the way). She chuckled and said I would talk to you more but I am so busy with other patients, and being in the ICU's I don't have that kind of time. So I did talk to someone and it helped. Don't be afraid to talk to someone like I was it's very helpful. Your in my prayers, and I'm sending you hugs, and pixie dust. I am with you 100%. We have gotten so political correct it is sickening.. And most of it is just the disrespect for what we really believe in.. To take God out of the for front and replace it with something else is wrong.. No prayer before a High school Football game, No saying the pledge to the flag in school.. So many things have changed. And you are right about the High priced news media, the only thing they are about is ratings, get some sensational news,, Make a big show about the accidental killing of a thug while resisting arrest!!! BLM is a money making organization, and if you look close the society is seeing very little from their gifts, it is going into personal pockets.. Girl, a lot in the world are in the same mental box/hole that you seem to be in.. You need to do what you have to do for your mental health. Then you are better able to focus on your physical health. And I just saw that if you are able to exercise, your can reduce your anxiety. Pulling for you like a team of well matched horses.

Very well said. I think you are off to a good start by turning off the news. Pixie dust???? We might need pixie boulders to fix the world. We do not need the extrems on each side running the country. It will be a long journey to get back to a normal way of life. How do you eat an elephant? one bite at a time. Let's grab a fork and dig in so we can get to an even keel.
