Oui... You well know, I try to fall back on the Book; and as it says nothing about "happiness", I have to rely solely upon being "content in all things." My Pups passed on a few years ago That set me back a bit. I have a new critter--Snoodie McNabber--and she's a little demon-dog. But--I love her quite a bit. She'll outgrow her demon tendencies... sooner or later. One of these days, my penance will have been served; and all this solitary confinement will cease.
