AT this ti in my life i have been handed sothing i can't handle so i am asking my REAL FRIENDS this site pray with .
You see i know i ly have a few who are TRULY my friends ,who have been my ride or die ,who have never left in the dark ,.
I d't know when the docrs are going fit for this brace but i know it is going be hell bear & i d't know how lg i am gna have wear it ,so just pray with as we hope for the best in the ing weeks.

 I want to say all of yourprayers worked ,for i am in theraphy 2 xaweeknow and even thou everything seems normal its not . my mucscles still tighten up on me when i get real upset .you see guys stress is a real killer .
You see 2 yrs. ago the dr.s told me to stop stressing and some other things too but i was hard headed for she told me that my kind of stress was the worst kind cause it worked with my body .
you see i am the kind of person who keeps things inside ,i think over half of us are like that ,we are called submissive people and then when it comes to the point where we have to become dominate ,that is where the real problem comes in we have to learn to open some of those doors we have chained shut ,and when we open them ,,,,,,I BE JOE BROWN ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE ,,,,,,,OKAY!!!!!!
Well, just say my muscle in my right back spasmed on me a month ago to the point i almost could not walk .yea, I put up with the pain as long as i could .
so i am tell u dont wait like i did okay ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
STOP STRESSING ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,IT AINT: WORTH IT OKAY!!!
