I'm going with 50%. That's an average. In reality, I suspect that 60% of the female profiles are not necessarily fake, but fronts. Lots of cam girls have moved onto the site, and I've seen a lot more escort service profiles popping up. And I suspect there are at least 40% of the male profiles here doing the same thing, with another 20% never intending to meet anyone here, but merely craving an ego boost. Like the author, I've been here for a while (20 years), and I agree that passion used to be a great site. Still a good site, once you get past the BS members and the greedy site ops.

Our experience recently has been that almost all the female profiles are either lesbian or professional escorts. It's been a long time since we connected with a real, non-professional bi or straight female.

A friend who contacted several couples from this site informed me that some of those couples had specific requirements for him, some of those are : he had to take them to dinner, pay for a fancy hotel room, provide drinks, and, give them a "monetary gift".

The site has been suffering a slow decline for years. There is effort to "enhance" the blogging experience with a new Community, but I don't think this is going to stem the loss of numbers. The site is also ageing significantly - younger people these days use apps which allow them to swipe left right and centre, they seem to have little time for places where you actually have to type which means the age of the average member is probably >45 now. I see a lot of female profiles which state something along the lines of "Looking for my soulmate" which makes me wonder if they are a genuine profile. If they are, I think they must be pretty disillusioned with what the site will be able to offer them.

Make a profile in a rural area in flyover land. All you get is fake profiles. The bots cant even bother to use realistic language. Barely not hilarious Engrish, obviously direct translation from another language than English, repopulated fully every 24 hours. It's impossible to make it any more obvious than it is if you've more than a room temperature IQ.

I am of the opinion that most of the female presenting profiles on the site are not truly active and much of what passes for activity for men is the software and webmasters going through the motions to keep our engagement high on the off chance something comes from it. Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

I have been on and off this site for 17 years and when i first came on here they would ban if a fake pic was posted. I've had my pics steeled off my account and someone tried to use it as her own . I've been hacked on here and all of the above . when i first came here it was nothing like it is now , the site is letting ppl post fake pics and continue to do so. But why does the site say no fake pic posting and their letting ppl do it . I think this site is going down fast, it use to have top ratings on the internet and they have more then one site . they use to have the flash chat we members felt comfy about texting someone in a open chat room , the site took that away. And now there's this point thing i never really got that or what's the purpose of giving someone points just because u want to see their profile. I have held the VIP badge for 16 years straights and its just as the gold just a little different. there's more fakes the come on here and full ppl then there are real ppl . When we finally do meet someone real we have cautions because of all the fake . this is coming from one of the top profile members here I've had 500 fans and held over 500 to 1000 views on my cam . I've seen how much this site has come on we can say it , WENT TO HELL . and its not good this is pushing its members away . the bots alone are horrible but the fake pics are right beside the bots . this is my thoughts of it and what ive seen over the years .

I was on this site several years ago and I agree it is in a bad state of decline. I rejoined three days ago just to see and I've received over 200 views of my profile, almost all of which are out of state, so they are fake, as I am only looking for local women. SO I'll be here a month and then gone for good.

Probably 75% of people that have viewed me are 30 something orientals. All of these are fake. I will get 5 within a couple of hours and they all have very similar profiles and same type of profile pics. I have only been on sine December. I have sent quite a few messages and no replies. Most of the live women webcams are made in a studio. the first gal I friended on here ended up wanting money for some stupid reason. See ya later.
