It's been a while since I blogged on here. It's been quite a while since we've been actively swinging, too. It's not that we're not interested. Life just has a way of making other priorities.
Spring is here, things are starting to settle down a bit, and we're starting to think about having some fun.
We'd love to meet some new people, so drop us a line!

Guys never talk about this stuff. Premature ejaculation never seems to be discussed seriously anywhere - people just make jokes about being quick on the draw and other remarks implying that sufferers are somehow defective and lesser men than others. But it's a serious problem and it's seriously depressing! Until certain pills came on the market (I dare not mention anything by name, because the idiots at passion will assume I'm selling it and delete my post!) no one mentioned erectile dysfunction, either. Once there was a drug for it, it came out in the open and it wasn't nearly as big of a deal anymore.
Since I was a teen until a couple of years ago (including about 10+ years of marriage), I had severe premature ejaculation. Most often I would cum within a few seconds of penetration. Lasting two whole minutes was a once every few years fluke occurrence. It meant that sex was lots of foreplay. It also meant a lot of times we just didn't bother.
I read some books and such - they all said it's in your head and you need to do these exercises and stuff. I tried, I failed. I got seriously depressed about it, thinking my sex life would forever suck and I would never be able to really satisfy my wife. Then I read a simple encyclopedia article on-line about PE that mentioned that a certain class of antidepressant medications known as selective seratonin reuptake inhibitors aka SSRIs (there are lots of different ones and no I'm not selling them) had the "side-effect" of delaying ejaculation. They aren't approved as a treatment for PE so they can't be marketed that way. It's an "off-label use".
So I talked to my Dr. and got a prescription. He acted like it was the bravest thing in the world for me to discuss this problem with him! Overnight I was cured. I don't mean small incremental gains and I am not exaggerating even a little bit. I mean a complete cure. I could last as long as I wanted, and if I take too much, I can even have a hard time cumming! It saved our sex life! It helped my self-esteem and self-confidence. Without it we certainly wouldn't be able to swing.
So, if you suffer from PE, don't listen to those who say it's all in your head and you just need to practice stupid exercises. Go talk to your doctor and get help.
