Holiday Greetings

It's that time of year they say we should all be nicer to each other, be more thoughtful of others. I say that should be done all year long. Why should a commercialized season dictate how or who we be nice to?
Oh there are many of you that I think of often - that I enjoy hearing from and popping in on from time to time just to keep in touch.
I suppose in the spirit of the "season" I want to say Happy Holidays to you and may you all have a very happy and safe New Year.
Always remember, if you have the choice of being naughty or nice ... I say choose to be naughty in a very nice way.

Wow did this year race by. The holidays are once again here and so is the end of yet another year.
Tis the season to be Naughty ...

So, there I was sound asleep when all of a sudden I was wide awake ... no reason for it ~ I just woke up!!
Oh how I hate when that happens and then you try and go back to sleep and no use. So I stayed in bed - propped up for a few minutes then I realized I would be fighting a loosing batle trying to force myself to sleep.
So what do I do? I log onto here and start reading profiles and blogs ... Have you read some of the other peoples blogs on here? Damn!
Ok, so now it looks like a very long hot shower and maybe that will help me sleep. Oh if any of you want to come by wearing only a smile with some hot cider ... feel free to do so. I am certain I could "stay up" for a while.

I just now realized it is close to mid November ... I need to get my head out of the sand. However, the sand is a welcome location from where others tell me where my head usually is. Hahah
So whats new with everyone? How has life been?
Me, busy more than usual. Trying to get a new athletic program up and running - its just past mid season now and I am seeing some daylight and time to relax ahead.
Oh and relax I will .. you can bet your bottom dollar I will. I am going to sleep in, eat dinner long before 9:50pm, spend time posting blogs and who knows what else ... I should have back 60% of my life. Hahah
Well ... until the next blog ... smile and always look at the positive side of things.

My weekend ...

Ok, so there I was fightng this one-legged panda wearing an eye patch right ....
Oh, wait, wrong story ...
Ahhh life can be both so confusing and rewarding. I spent my weekend driving over 600 miles in a variety of dirctions. All this done on something like a total of 7 hours sleep from Thursday through Sunday.
I wish the weekend had more "adult" excitement no wait ... I wish it had "ANY" ... the entire weekend was volunteer stuff at sporting events. So, what do you do this past weekend?
Oh and all three places I went, it was sunny, warm and near perfect. Even though I was "trapped" inside, I was able to sneak away to enjoy the sun for a tiny bit. How was it where you are?
Well, have a great week and I hope that I find time to post more blogs ... maybe ones with more "bite" to them. *wink

Here it is the 9th of October and not a sinlge post from me since late September. Well this is for a good reason - a few actually.
If some of you may recall from previous blogs, I have my own elite, national/international wrestling club that I coach. We are getting our season under way and that takes up a lot of my free time. Admin, prep work, scheduling, training schedules, travel plans and so on.
On top of that, I have taken on the role of assistant coach to another program that has been ressurected and is growing in leaps and bounds. It started out with only 5 wrestlers three weeks ago and has now grown to 37 male and female wrestlers. What an exciting time! But it takes a lot of recruiting, planning, re-outfitting, scheduling and working with district admin to make sure everything is in order.
Then, I have the responsibilities to my family members. For example, I had a message From my mom two days ago, So, I am not sure if I have the right number but if this is who I think it is ... "CALL YOU MOTHER!" Subtle huh? Ok so called mom - check.
To add even more to my slow paced life ... I am also dealing with two college students in my household and the schedules they keep. Trying to help with homework, looking over projects when asked for fatherly advice. Cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing, scrubbing, and being the medic ~ life is never dull on my side of the planet.

The typical person spends about 600 hours having sex between the ages of 20 and 70.
However, if this also includes masturbating ... I am already over that by 85 hours at age 50!!!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ~~
This year October has 5 Mondays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This Happens once every 823years.
So really what that means is this year / month you can report into work 5 Mondays in a row hung over!! Lucky huh?

I know many brave men and women serving this country of ours in the armed forces and it would be nice that if you knew someone in the armed forces serving now or is a Vet, please post this on your blog as well or post the link. Oh and yes, I also know several tachers too!!

Questionable photos ...

Ok so allow me to get up on my soap box for this blog...
In a recent survey / study it is estimated that there are roughly 307,006,550 living in the United States with more being born each day and based on that number, there are 1.45 photographic devices per person! That means PDA's, cell phones /w cameras, digital cameras, iPods, Mp3s w/ cameras, 35mm cameras, and so on ... and given all that, people on this site still have photos from 1990 or worse...
Now this study was concluded last year (less than 8 months ago) and it simply amazes me that anyone on this site - with enough technical savvy to log on, sign in and then navigate this site cannot have photos from this era. Ha-ha
Oh but some like me are not tech savvy and have others to perform tech services. For example, I am unable to view photos on web pages due to my browser settings. They were adjusted to not allow images, graphics or photos to appear and now show up as red x's on sites. However, since email systems do not follow the same structural conduct as web pages, I can see photos through emails.
So, why the bitching? Why the lecture? Simple, just recently someone passed along to me their photograph that was later revealed to be their second year of college photograph ... now ok - nice, an educated person ... except this person attended college and graduated in 1985 (do the math) imagine my surprise to discover that this person said they had not changed one iota since then. Amazing what pickling spices can do eh?
Well, I have not seen a recent photo of this person so I cannot tell you of what was said is actually true but really, with that many cameras in the US alone ... how difficult is it to have one taken or take one yourself that is current?
Then there are those who take the "artistic" photos ... you know the ones I mean, the professional cheesecake photo s... really? Hell if someone looked like they wore Vaseline all the time, it would worry me. Ha-ha Oh sure I have photos posted of me in sunglasses but that is mainly because I am also a semi-public figure and have to be able to deny accountability - right? Ha-ha I do have actual photos and I am not opposed to sharing once i know someone and I know that it will not bite me on the ass.
No, I am not trying to sound verbose, shallow or superficial, just reasonable. In a given time, it is nice to see actually who you are talking to so one can put a smile and eyes to the words - it stands to reason. It is not always about "attraction" it is about respect and human kindness - knowing who someone is and liking them for who they are as a friend to me is far more important than a romantic interlude. Hell, lovers may come and cum, then go ~ but friends are everlasting.

Ok, that felt better and I am happier now. I doubt anyone would agree with me on this but if you do - hey lets exchange picture for picture. I would enjoy seeing who is reading my blogs and would love to share a smile with you as well. No pressure though ... it is strictly up to you.
