Ighsaan can combine social expertise within his normally assertive behaviour. He is used to
doing several things at once, but others may view some of this as superficial activity. He is
prepared to attempt almost anything, but his work needs to be active rather than theoretical. His
energy comes from a variety of new projects and interests. He may show interest in so many
different things that he has difficulty focusing on priorities. His life will tend to be a series of
initiated, but unfinished projects.
When an inspiration materialises, he will throw himself into it completely. Ighsaan may
generate more ideas, possibilities and plans in one day than others might manage in a month!
Ighsaan is energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, conscientious and persuasive.
Ighsaan enjoys
work that provides variety as he is quick and resourceful and can turn his attention to many
things. His original thinking generates a constant stream of ideas. Ighsaan is stimulated by
challenges and often shows ingenuity in meeting them.
He looks for the good in every situation. He is good at “reading” people and situations and will
seldom be far wrong about the motivation or intent of another person. Despite this, he may be
hurt when a relationship goes wrong. He pays scant attention to negative, pessimistic or
divisive situations or conclusions. He is accomplished at working with individuals and groups
and can quickly find himself pushed into a leadership role. At his best in jobs which deal with
people and situations that require co-operative working, he dislikes impersonal tasks
