I have tried low-fat, low calorie diets, but so far without the results I'd like. Is it just more exercising needed, or does a low card diet work? I haven't tried that as of yet.

is almost over, lol.. ok, maybe a bit of a stretch. Been nice to feel the temps moderate a bit. Just dont go from blazing hot to freezing so we can all adapt to the changes.

It's so sad to see all the people with nothing left, but it's also a very good thing to see all their friends and neighbors, and strangers too, pitching in to help those going through this very difficult time.

Finally, looks like things are looking warmer, rather than cooler. Time to lose the jackets and find the shorts.

With the warmer weather, skiing season is coming to and end soon. That's ok with me, I am ready for spring and warmer temps!!
