College football is the best season of the year! OK, so it is not one of the traditional 4 seasons but it darn well should be...Maybe we can start a petition or something...Heck, one more thing to add to my "Improve the World" list...Prob won't get round to it immediately since there are games on today...So Monday, I get started on that...Along with working on that procrastination thing...OK, OK, college football...Pretty much the closest thing I have to religion in my life...Yes, I am a member of a Southern Baptist church and went for countless years without missing a Sunday, but a sermon in the pulpit does not even come close to a college football game in assuring me that there is a Higher Power in the Universe...That stadium is packed with the faithful who call on God more than any person I have ever seen in a church...Lord, if we can just beat (insert your hated team) and cover the spread, I will be a better person for you....To see a crowd clad in all the traditional colors stand en masse to scream at the oppositely dressed heathens for their terrible defeat to come and maybe even their deaths, even just their pride, makes you believe in Good and Evil...So easy to get caught up in the fever and yell as loudly as the newest most wild-eyed convert! True, we may not agree on the side that we fall on but regardless of our numbers or our symbols (mascots) or victories or failures, we are sure our team is best! That sounds a lot like religion to me as well....Not to mention the shouts of Oh God and Oh Hell that resound every Saturday...OK, so maybe that is more like sex than religion but maybe it can fit both...Did I mention the ritual of tailgating that mirrors dinner on the grounds at church? Or the drinking of sacred beverages to celebrate our gathering and the saving grace of our team? Maybe I am stretching it a bit here cause beer may be a touch far removed from blessed wine, but I have seen many bottles of Boone's Farm popped in a parking lot, so I am gonna go with it here...LOL! And did I mention the angels that appear in gaggles in the form of coeds and cheerleaders? Sorta appeals to the aesthetic side of the experience for sure....Well, it is Saturday morning and the games are starting soon so I need to run and fill the color and pick up some eats and pray before the one-eyed big screen altar for most of the day...But I will have some time to sacrifice some burning animal flesh in hopes of ensuring a victory for the good guys...Drop by and have a drink and a piece of seared pork flesh and pull for my team, you know, the chosen team...Enjoy your weekend...................

Confessions of a Bisexual Man in South Georgia......

So, it hit me the other day that I am a Bisexual white male living in south Georgia...I had long suspected that it was my nature, but I was finally confronted with the fact the other day...At my place of business, there were about 8 people standing around, some eating chili dogs and some drinking beer...I know that sounds weird especially since I do not own a restaurant...LOL! But I digress here...dammit...LOL! We were talking about sex...Duh, big surprise....And this group was all caught up into a discussion of labeling what forms and orientations of sexuality existed in their worlds...Of course, all these guys are totally straight, loudly and vehemently so...LOL! This, of course, made me chuckle a bit to myself since I had been naked with 2 of them myself...LOL! But I would never breathe a word of that to anyone...Part of that code that us guys have of not rattin' out or married or dating buddies...Well, the consensus was that there is only gay or straight for men...Females, of course, are allowed to be Bi cause that is sooooooooo hot...Hell, I think it is hot as well, but I want that same right to the Bi label...LOL! I am not usually into labels, but for once, I wanna stand up and embrace that label of Bisexual! I enjoy the company of men and ladies and couples, and yes, I am damn greedy like that....LOL! But fellas, just cause I am a card-carrying Bisexual man, it does not mean I automatically want u; just as I do not want to ravish every lady I encounter....Ok, so most of them, hell yeah! LOL! I guess the whole point of this ramble, is that I wanna accept this label cause I wanna be accepted on the whole in this wide wonderful sexual community...Little warm and fuzzy, huh? Or is it just hot and horny? I will leave that up to you kind reader...But from now on, color me Bi and proud....Thanx for reading and I do welcome any comments....And by the way, I did have sex last night...with a lady....but damn, her hubby is cute too! Hmmmm, this label seems to be working out well...................
