Are you having email problems today in here? my email is very slow, takes time to send and email, it also takes time to move around from one email to another, it is not downloading as quick as usual, Please give me time to get to them, I see a few people asking if I got the previous email...and yes I did, but is very slow. and not sure why, but I am getting hammer with emails the last 3 days. seems like everyone is coming out of the woods 
Are you having the same problem with the email in here, is it slow for you?

Morning bloggers, care to join me for breakfast and coffee  
I DO NOT eat all that at once, I do it trough out the morning. I am home, so I take about a couple hours.
First thing in the morning, my red grape fruit, then take my vitamins over two glasses of water, then something to eat, then a little piece of sweet potato pie, I just take my time LOL. this morning I had scramble eggs, grilled beef tips and a home made tortilla, was good, but I think I love the coffee the most, the smell of coffee in the morning is priceless for me 
Come on in, you are all invited happyf;
I need a man to come in and cook breakfast for me wearing nothing, all skin baby...

Then smoking, yes guys, this is my second week update, all start it 15 days ago when I decide to slow down the smoking, I used to smoke around 5 cigarettes a day, was too much for me, well, here are the results, so far, in those 2 weeks, I have only smoke 6 cigarettes (I think). but the good news is, I have NOT have a cigarette in the last 6 days. NOT ONE......yay..........
I rather do this from the picture below, put a banana in my mouth than a cigarette, hope passion won't removed the picture.

For me the two places that come to mind...
