When I did this post previously, I was fascinated by the responses. Now I am seeing more and more of it around. So lets run this one more time
This is the answer to the metrosexual and the latest thing in men's fashion

This guy—think Tim "the Tool Man" Taylor, Nick Offerman, or Chuck Norris—is a lumbersexual, apparently. And just what is that? He's the opposite of the shaven and moisturized metrosexual, with all his skinny jeans and hair gel, Gear Junkie explains. The lumbersexual wears an "unkempt beard, nothing tight, plaid, maybe even plaid on plaid, and an appropriate level of disaffection," writes Tom Puzak. "His backpack carries a MacBook Air, but looks like it should carry a lumberjack's axe." But these lovers of the "pseudo-outdoors" live in concrete jungles, sporting their flannel and work boots on the streets of LA or New York.
"The lumbersexual spends the same amount of money, but looks filthy," writes Aleksander Chan at Gawker. "Both kinds of men are working very hard to fashion themselves into a certain look." And the look came from the gay community, contends Tim Teeman at the Daily Beast. They invented the "smooth, pretty gay metrosexual," and their "hairier brethren," the "bears" and cubs" inspired the lumbersexual.
This discussion is about men that have this look for style, not those that are this way because of their work.
I guess to each their own. I have no interest in this look. My only comment (s), isn’t it readily apparent that a person is “fronting” and is not who they represent themselves to be? I may be a bit too much into details , but the accessories in some of these examples have clearly never been used.
So a couple questions. Have you ever heard of this ‘look” before? Is it attractive to you. Or guys, is it something you would do?
Maybe the scent of a sweaty guy?
Look at the pipe. Never been used, pristine condition.
Don’t they have an “app” for that?

Sheesh, not that way!!  This is a business proposition. Again Talk Radio had an interesting, albeit weird subject yesterday. Here is the nut shell of the subject, actually it is leasing your body for commercial advertisements........[/ "Lease Your Body allowed advertisers to meet good-looking people willing to rent out space on their bodies, including necks, upper arms, forearms, hands, stomachs, lower backs, and foreheads, for temporary tattoo placement. Rates for these body parts cost anywhere from $100 to $5,000." I had not heard about this, seems a bit odd, and when I checked, there are several companies doing it. Do you think you would ever do it? If you did, what product would you choose?

National Ice Cream Sandwich Day

Fortunately I saw a notice of this day. As far as confections go, this is an important day of celebration. Such a portable treat. the delicious ice cream, seated in cookie type crust! I am more a purist, preferring the ice cream by it self, but I will try to celebrate this day with the proper reverence . Have you any plans to celebrate this day? Do you like ice cream sandwiches? Or do you have a different ice cream preference?

Almost like the old telephone commercial,,, "Let your fingers do the walking through the yellow pages". Except the fingers are not in the yellow pages. Digital use during playtime adds a sexy dimension. All the way from caressing , a soft touch and naughtiness. Of course it is dependent on you and your partners desires. How adventurous the two of you are? Does finger play have a place in your time with your partner?

What a day it was yesterday! My old computer had been failing over the last week or so. I went to a big box store and ordered my first new computer in a long time . I had their geek department do the majority of the setup. And boy was it game on when I brought it home yesterday! I for one say that this window 10 crap sucks! Just finding stuff is crazy. And if you check, almost everything in it defaults to collecting and sharing your information, even the key strokes! And the application bing, just will not go away. It seems to be the primary information collector and sharer. It took me several hours to try to find what was collecting and turn them off. Maybe I have figured it out enough that soon I can get to reply to all that commented to my post yesterday. Have you noticed this with your version of 10?

Actually the question is ,do you or have you gone commando? That is going out sans under garments? I have and in many circumstances it was quite comfortable. However there are just as many occasions that it could have been best termed as a fail.
As I have aged and things seemed to have shifted a bit, I no longer do it.  There are ways that it can be so embarrassing. Have you had any fails with going out commando style, or have you seen any fails?

Well, actually hearing me sing at anytime may not be what you want to do. I had to walk a short distance yesterday when I got caught in a thunder storm. Other than the thunder and lightening , I remembered how much I actually enjoy walking in the rain. There is something sensual about the rain drops. The hand holding as we walk. The kissing and hugging and just being silly. Am I the only one that enjoys it? Do you every walk in the rain?

I was looking through some stuff and started to notice how things have changed just in my lifetime. It is so awesome ! And some that were not so awesome. The technologies have changed so much ! Just think of how far the computer has come. Cell phones, they were only James Bond dreams . And there is so much more.What have you seen change in your lifetime ? What changes do you like and which not so much? I bet if you think about it, the changes may have been so subtle that you may not recall what was before.

I hope it is not old fashioned, but I like to hold hands. I love the feeling of her soft hand in mine. That sharing of our touch. What a way to share feelings. Communicating without talking. Especially as we age, it is a feeling of eternity . When I see others, they seemed to be lost in each others presence. I am a touchy feely guy. How about you, are you a touchy person or hand holder?

In these days of technology , it seems that using the phone and texting for amorous activities with their partners. I am talking about phone sex and sexting. It seems (although I have no real evidence) that more and more folks incorporate them in their relationships. Maybe it is a way to keep things warm and simmering by being able to tease and flirt throughout the day. When I was younger this was not available, so we had to wait for our face to face time. Have you ever done this? Do you continue? Does it add to the sensuality?

We did a Tropical Heat Wave post yesterday. Now how about some of my favorite seasons? Fall and winter. Except in the bedroom, I do not enjoy sweating. The cooler weather is pleasant and allows for more variety in clothing, and activities. I know, I may be in the minority, but with this heat I am all for it. Have you ever yearned for the colder weather? Do you have a favorite cold weather activity?
