I have made fun of a lot of different people, and I think it is now time the members of the Law Enforcement community be included. The interaction lends itself at times to humor. As background, my military career was involved with Police work for the military and evolved over the years. So nothing I am posting is intended to be denigrating. No matter who we are, I think we need to have a sense of humor about ourselves. Please share anything you would like. I did a similar post earlier this year and it seemed to entertain well
Morons are at it again, deleting pictures
Posting pictures again,, third time!!
Well the a**holes grabbed pictures again, fourth time!!! a total of 11pictures. all done with their games now
A French policeman stops the Englishman's car and asks if he has been drinking.
With great difficulty, the Englishman admits that he has been drinking all day, that his daughter got married that morning, and that he drank champagne and a few bottles of wine at the reception, and many single malt scotches thereafter.
Quite upset, the policeman proceeds to alcohol-test (breath test) the Englishman and verifies that he is indeed totally sloshed.
He asks the Englishman if he knows why, under French Law, he is going to be arrested.
The Englishman answers with a bit of humour, "No sir, I do not! But while we're asking questions, do you realize that this is a British car and that my wife is driving…on the other side?"

Boy , did I step into some doo doo . I need to get my workshop organized . It is a mess from some neglect on my part. Let this be a lessen, clean up after yourself! No special skills needed, just a good attitude and be willing to have fun. Do you have a hobby that makes you happy? A place to get away from everyone to do projects? Are you patient when people offer to help? I have a few projects that I have promised , that need to be completed.

Well actually yesterday was my third blog anniversary . It had been a fun trip, meeting all the fun people here in blogland. I have really enjoyed meeting all of you. Your blogs are of all styles, being entertaining, educational and so just silly. My style has been evolving, I enjoy keeping it light, sexy and flirty, probably just reflecting my personality. I am finding my "visual style" is a lot of fun. I hope most of you are enjoying it. I am looking forward to more anniversaries in blogland. Like that old saying goes,,,,,,,,,"See ya in the funny papers"

~~~ I am Thankful for our Troops

I know I am usually a bit naughty in my posts, but today I will be a bit serious. I am so proud and thankful for and of our Troops. Those that are away from home, they do have their military family, but of course that is not quite the same as your "regular" family. I have awakened far too many Thanksgivings in someplace far away from home. I do remember the occasional melancholy feeling, but then the uplift of the folks around me. They always looked out for each other and made things as nice as possible. Through out the day, be it hot and humid, hot and dry, rainy, stormy I always looked forward to the Turkey dinner. As silly as it may sound, that was a connection to home and family. I have so many things to be Thankful for and treasure them. But this year my focus will be with the troops. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

It is the day before Thanksgiving! The annual trip has started. On the way home, or on the way to Aunt Mabeles for turkey day . Some stay home, the lucky ones, to avoid the traffic. Back in the day I was a traveler on the day before Thanksgiving. Long trip, grumpy kids and traffic. I always looked forward to sleeping on Moms sofa for a couple days . Will you be staying home? Are you making the Thanksgiving pilgrimage ? In retrospect , The trips in the past were fun, but I hope I don't do them again. Is there another holiday that you do some sort of a pilgrimage home?

Does coffee have a place in your greetings? I mean at your residence. When I receive visitors, one of the first things I do is offer coffee or some other beverage. It must be a hold over tradition from when I was a kid on the farm. Only difference is, I don't keep the coffee pot going all day. I can not stand "old" coffee amp;. I make it fresh each time. How about you? Other than the verbal greeting, do you include a food or beverage?

I bet I can count the number of times I have used the word Sanguine in conversation on one hand and have fingers left over. I was doing some light reading of a dictionary and saw the word and thought I would use it in todays title. (synonyms: optimistic, bullish, hopeful, buoyant, positive, confident, cheerful, cheery). I have many ideas for this Saturday, I probably will do none of them. I get distracted easily. I found these gifs and pictures and thought they would give everyone at least a chuckle. As you can see , this post is a bit sloppy and lacks focus, just they way I wanted it today . Please share your thoughts for the day, plans, or anything random

Yes bunny slippers! I own a pair, I have to keep my toes warm somehow. I was getting up this morning and as I slipped them on , I started to think about clothes. We have so many choices! Casual, formal everything in between and of course nothing. I have greatly reduced my ward robe, significantly reducing formal items. I think our wardrobes change over the years, ramping up to a certain stage and then back down maybe as we age. At any rate, I do enjoy watching the fashion show that is our life.
MORONS stole the pictures!!! Getting annoyed
I guess the monkeys in admin like to play with pics, this is the second theft

Blaaah, it is a dreary, rainy day here  . One of those days when you want to delay starting the day, just for a little while. This is a rainy day cuddle day! Have you ever had such a day? Especially with a partner, but even if you are alone, snuggle under for just a little while longer. A nice fluffy comforter and a soft warm body works well for me. I know I need to do things later, but that short period of sneaked time would put a smile on my face. How about you? Would this start your day well? Something you have done in the past?

I have to say, that is what I like. I sleep about 6 hours a night and I make the best of them. As much as I can recall, my dreams are pleasant. The bad ones are long gone now. Some are whimsical, some sexy (shocking ). And of course some can be naughty thoughts about some one that I have seen, or know. I think dreaming is a sign of feeling healthy and content. The few times that I don't recall dreaming, there was something stressful in my life. Are you a dreamer? What kind of dreams do you have. Are they naughty ? . And lest I forget, I was reading [blog misskissin] and she inspired this post

I have noticed throughout the years that there are people that just annoying. Maybe because I am getting older, but there seem to be more and more of them! Some just enjoy it, others can not help it and I swear some are just born that way !! Do you run into annoying people? Are you annoying? Are there specific things that bother you? How do you cope with these things? This first picture as one method I used to deal with annoying folks while in the military. Like many things in life the direct approach usually is most effective
