any of you reading this will probably be in much the same state as I was when I started to discover tantra. Initially there is the whey! Hey! Mind blowing sex! Give me some of that! But tantra is more than that, it is making discoveries about yourself and the start of an incredible journey which really has no end. What starts as a surge of excitement in what you read becomes even more fulfilling from discovering your own body and mind. Your scepticism turns into wonder when you suddenly realise Yes! I felt that. I don’t profess to be an expert, I am just a beginner myself, yet already I see benefits to the exercises which lead to a deeper understanding of your own body. I do hope you reading this come to enjoy and pass on your knowledge, I do hope also that the more experienced in tantra pass this way and drop in the odd article for others to benefit from Unlike many groups there are no requirements to post in order to stay in the group.
