I'd love to go by sleeper car next time. I love theatre. I like going to the movies but rarely go. I'm a INTP in the Meyers/Briggs perality test so that makes me the "absent minded professor" lost in his thougts. It also makes me question everything. What can I say? On the one hand, I love long, romantic walks on the beach that lead directly to the orgy. On the other, sitting in a coffee shop and discovering an intense bond - be it mental, physical, emotional, or sexual - is greatly appealing. Even if the bond turns out to be a friendship and nothing more, that's great too.

Ma personne idéale : The mind is the sexiest part of woman. Physical attraction is important, yes, but there is nothing more captivating than an intelligent, sexy woman with an infinite imagination. A conversation in a coffee shop can be just as sexy and stimulating as bedroom talk. As far as I'm concerned the teacher, the professor, the poet/writer/playwright/novelist, and the quiet librarian can be equally as sexy, and maybe outshine, the Playboy Playmate. It's all in the mind anyhow.

As a sidelight to the above: I have NEVER understood the Dorothy Parker rhyme "Men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses." Boy, if THAT stops you from striking up a conversation or pursuing a beautiful woman, I feel sorry for you.

But I'd rather be entranced through the night by Sarah McLaughlin and her ballads or Tori Amos and her intricate layered songs. These artists have thought deeply about sexuality and desire. Britney's probably doesn't think of sex and desire beyond how they're used to sell CDs.

Movie stars? I'd step into the roll of Ric in Casablanca. Yes, Ilsa still gets on the plane with Victor Lazlo but as she leaves she whisphers her phone number into my ear and says "Call me after the war." I do. OK, so I'm not as noble as Bogie.

But with all that said - I rarely if ever think of celebrities in fantasies.
