Not what you think

I mean from rowing training lol

One of my friends is teaching me how properly do rowing. how keep the right posture.

I do okay keeping up with him. we did one hour. I the strength. my problem is keeping my posture at all times. I do good the first 30 minutes or so. but after 45 minutes. my butt gets numb from sitting on that uncomfortable hard plastic seat. it also hurts. with time and experience it will get easier.

He kept yelling. Your posture Thalia your posture. Watch your posture. at me. follow my movements. Me answering...I know. I am trying. I just can't feel my butt anymore. is numb and in pain. hard follow your movements Lol

That's my butt with marks after training. I swear I could hear him in my sleep...your posture Thalia your posture Haha.

That's a shame. That's not how to put color in your cheeks.
Also, not cast doubts, but an hour on a rowing machine is too long if it is not part of your usual routine. It's also boring. Good on you for working out.

No is not. but I am hanging in there. I really like training like that cause my friends make me push my body harder that I would if I work out alone. I can see the good results from training with them.

We trained again today. I did better with my posture haha. we only did 35 this time cause that is all I need. then we run the treadmill for 45 min

I really love working out with those guys cause they have make me change and I can see the results. I might put up some pictured tomorrow of me rowing today

Agreed. The posterior posture is what I was having trouble with. I also lifting my heels when I am all forward. he says is okay that some people lift the heels that he prefers if I can exercise my ankle to have better rotation so I don't lift the heel. he says is better. cause you are protecting your ankle and it doesn't get tired. I also push back with the upper part ny feet. he said I need to push back using my whole heel not the top of my foot. cause my heel is stronger and will help me to acquire the posterior posture much easily.

In my defense that was my first training with him. Today we did again. and I did better

Personally I am in the right shape. I have the strength and endurance to do it. my posture is my only problem cause I never done rowing before with someone that knows how. I will learn. we had another training today and I did better than two days ago

Hi. You are right. he also said one hour is too much. that usually is better to do 30 to 40 min. that an hour you don't anything else. but we did an hour cause it was training. he wanted to see if I had the endurance to do rowing. once he saw I keep up with him for one hour. he said we will just have to work on posture. Example today we did another training. we only did 35 min. I was also better today than two days ago
