A relaxing weekend indeed!

Well, as you know, I read blogs from this site... Some of the bloggers have turned me into a 'blog reader addict'... I hope that is ok to print...

I mean, I haven't been blocked yet or severely punished for my comments... And, if you want me to continue reading your posts, then, throw me a bone and comment on mine... I'll give you the gift that I value the most which is my time... and, usually, I will respond in kind!!!

Anyway... so, a few of my bloggers have posted about their relaxing weekend ideas and I've been impressed that they had nothing to do with sex, well, one always has something to do with sex, but, I don't mind... she knows I love reading her posts...

To continue, so I had posted about my celebrity crushes and how I either post on their FB pages, or go see them in concert or what not... and, then, I had said on a post that what I liked to do to relax was to go see a concert (celebrity crushes count - went to see Molly Ringwald - she's in my sliding top 30); read a book (just finished 'Steve Berry - the Alexandria link'; go watch a baseball game... now we get to the point of this weekend.

So, yesterday I went to watch my grandson play his t-ball game... it was so much fun... He showed off his new uniform with lots of colors: 'red', 'black', 'green'... The team name was menacing: 'the leopards'... Plus, he showed me his number '5' on the front and back of the jersey... then, he pointed out his new baseball shoes that were black and red. Then, he showed me his hat, his glove, his sweat bands, and his bag to carry all of his gear... It was such a joy to watch him play his game... After the game he re-capped his hits and his fielding plays and how much fun he had...

Then, today, I took him and his daddy to see the Texas Rangers play... OMG, he was so excited to go see the big boys play that he brought his glove just in case he might have to make a catch... he pointed out the dugout, which was exactly like his dugout. And we had these seats right behind the Astros (visitors) bullpen in center field and he got to see the catcher and the pitcher warm up... They threw the ball pretty fast... it popped in the catcher's glove... he doesn't get a lot of pop in t-ball, mostly you are lucky if the ball goes in the direction you are throwing to... but, it didn't matter... he had so much fun watching the big screen and the players changing places... but, what he really liked was the dot race and the kid racing to steal third base... he fell asleep on the way home from the game... he was worn out...

That is my idea of a relaxing weekend!!!

Have a great week everybody...

I hear so much smack on this site about how big or young or this or that one has to be... interesting... so, how many orgasms do you need, if any to say that you are satisfied????

thanks for participating...

I don't need an orgasm, I've never had one and don't expect to have one (0)
I'm a happy satisifed woman if I have 1 orgasm (1)
Usually, it takes me a few minutes to get going but, when I do, I need 2 to 3 to feel satisfied (2 - 3)
I'm in it for the long haul... give me 4 - 5 or go home!!! (4 - 5)
I have all sorts of orgasms give me 6 - 10 or back to the end of the line for you (6 - 10)
12 is the perfect number for me (12)
I am insatiable, who counts anyway???

Remember last week, when I posted that I was going to see one of my celebrity crushes? Most people on this site are talk and bark... no bite!!!

Well, I did go see Molly Ringwald... she was performing at the McKinney Performing Arts center... I've driven by the McKinney courthouse many times while eating at the Spoons restaurant and shopping for books and what not, but I didn't know that they had converted the top floor of the courthouse to a theater venue...

That was so cool and intimate... It only seats about 500 people so, every seat was a good seat... It was raining Saturday, so I got there early about 7:30 PM. I didn't know what to expect as most people that I had told kind of rolled their eyes at me when I told them I was going to see the star of 'The Breakfast Club'; 'Pretty in Pink'; '16 Candles'; 'Pickup Artist'... Plus, she's published a book and is now a jazz singer with a real band...

My seat was 'row C, seat 7'... which put me very close to Molly.... For moments during the concert I believed that she was singing only to me (you all know how I reference song quotes most of the time when I post on your blogs). But, then I would pinch myself and realize that there was a crowd of other people...

I came prepared as I purchased her book 'Getting the pretty back' hoping that there might be an autograph session at the end... and, to my surprise, there was... However, she only signed copies of her cd... so, I had to buy a cd... but, still, there I was listening to a movie star, author, singer belt out songs with a four person jazz band: 'bass', 'piano', 'saxophone' and 'drummer'. The songs were wonderfully arranged, some oldies some not so old... and she sang a French song too... I had a great time... took some videos and even a selfie while she was signing my cd...

So, yes, I did... I stopped to smell the roses and they smelled pretty good...

Now, have any of you ever gone out and seen your celebrity crushes... or do you just talk about it????

Inquiring minds would like to know...

thanks, in advance...

Many of you have asked me why do I post song references on the blogs that you have written?

the answer is simple... I love music... most kinds...

Well, this weekend, I will be going to listen to one of my 'celebrity crushes'... Well, that is what one of the topics that a blogger posted that I responded to earlier in the week.

Have any of you seen: 'The Breakfast Club'; 'Pretty in Pink'; 'Sixteen Candles'; 'The Pickup Artist'? Well, if you had, you would know that Molly Ringwald is the actor that stars in those movies...

She is now a jazz singer...

She will be in McKinney at the MPAC this coming Saturday, and I will be there to listen to her... I got my tix last month and can't wait to go listen to her... She put an album out in 2013 and my fav. song is: 'Don't you forget about me'. I also like 'Sooner or Later'.

I've been smiling all week... As you know, I like people that like themselves... It's in my profile... Ok, so I also went to HPB this weekend and bought one of her books (an author too!!!) in the off chance that she might autograph it for me...

I thought of wearing a red 'M' on my shirt and proclaiming my love for her, but, I think that would be a bit too much... hmmmm, then again... No, 2 much...

Well, have any of you gone out of your way to see one of your celebrity crushes?

Please let me know...

thanks, in advance...

Hope you all had a fun and safe day today!!!

Faking orgasms...

Ok... so, one of my bloggers (I never put you all on the spot)... posted a poll to women on whether or not they faked orgasms...

wow, I can safely say... 'I have never faked an orgasm'... It wasn't until about 10 years ago that I even worried about my partner having an orgasm...

But, then, I got a rude awakening... when I was told by a lover that she faked every orgasm I thought she ever had... Man, was that a slap in the face... and, why would she need to bring that up?

It doesn't matter... what matters is that since that time, I've tried conscientiously to ensure pleasure or the opportunity for her to enjoy the moment... Many times I have not come and it hasn't bothered me one bit... And, now the sexual experience is more fulfilling for me than it ever has been...

women have called me (no, not thousands) after our love making and thanked me... That had never happened before... and, the coolest part about it, was that I wasn't asking... so, I have to say that life is good...

what do you all think?

So many of you seem to read my blogs without posting responses... For the most part I post a response...

thanks, in advance...

Be safe!!!

Well, another one of my favorite bloggers has unexpectedly left the site...

That makes three in the past three months...

I don't think it is because of me, because I've never asked anything from them...

Really, I have just responded to their posts and they had never blocked me and on occasion have posted on my blogs...

So, yeah, while it takes me time to read posts by bloggers and figure out which ones I find interesting, and establish a rapport with them so that they get comfortable with my point of view which doesn't always conform to theirs... Most times it does, but not always...

Anyway, I'm not crying.... just letting you know...

Do any of you ever have bloggers that intrigue you and then, 'poof' they are gone?

Please let me know your thoughts.

thanks, in advance...

True or False... Multiple 69s in a person's phone number...

Ok...

So, one of my favorite bloggers posted an interesting blog about how she didn't feel comfortable about giving out her cell phone number to a perfect stranger...

Well, I told her that most women provide me with their birth certificates; credit card numbers; home, cell & work phone numbers; social security; home address and what not...

Maybe, she didn't believe me... but, here is my question to you...

Are you guaranteed to get laid if a person sends you their cell phone number and it has gobs of 69s in it?

Please let me know your thoughts...

Thanks, in advance...

What is your favorite Clint Eastwood directed movie?

Please tell me what your favorite Clint Eastwood directed movie is...

I'd like to know.

My personal favorite is 'The Outlaw Josey Wales'.

However, after seeing 'American Sniper' last night, I may have to re-visit...

I mean, 'Million Dollar Baby' & 'Unforgiven' are fighting for their just recognition... But, the Academy doesn't always share my opinions for films... I will have to take that up with someone sometime...

I've seen most of Clint Eastwoods' movies... and, have enjoyed all of them... But, last night when I watched 'American Sniper', I forgot who directed the movie... and, when I stayed thru the credits as did most of the viewers of this film, I saw: 'Directed by: Clint Eastwood'... and, I was reminded that he did truly direct it... How can one forget who directs a movie you ask? Well, you get mesmerized by a story that, even though you knew about it, you didn't see, hear, feel it until you watched it in a theater where only real 'Die-hard' Clint Eastwood fans were there to see it...

Yes, 'Grand Torino' touched me as did 'flags from our fathers' and 'letters from Iwo Jima'...

So, please tell me what is your favorite Clint Eastwood directed movie and why???

thanks, in advance...

have a great sunday!!!

Is there a song that you would listen to when...

Is there a song that you would listen to when the moment is right?

I think about that a lot... and, some find my posts on their blogs odd, because on some of them, I only respond with the song/artist that I think fits their post... Of course, it is impossible to hit everyone and, sometimes, I just go with it!!!!

Anyway, getting back to the point of my blog...

When you are feeling sexy and in the mood with your significant other, do you ever want to play music to set the mood.... not that the mood ever needs to be set..., but if you did want to, what song would you play or, if you are long lasting lovers like the ever-ready rabbit... you know what I mean, perhaps you would play a set of songs...

Right now, for instance, I am listening to 'Sister Moon' with Herbie Hancock featuring Sting... It is a very sexy song made incredible with a jazz twist to it...

Hmmmm, I picture my true love in front of me, on top of me, underneath me... in any kind of way... 'I go out of mind but for you...'....

It is something else.

Do you all have any mood songs that you would enjoy listening to while being intimate with someone? Or, am I just the crazy one on this site...

Let me hear from you!!!!

thanks, in advance... Friday's just around the corner...

The little things in life...

Today, one of my blogger (friends) you know who you are, sent me a nice message. And, she included a flower... She didn't know that I love giving and receiving flowers, ever since I was a young man... I thought all women like flowers, but, they don't...

Well, anyway, this little, tiny message brightened up my life so much to day... So, I just wanted to write this blog... It doesn't have any sexual references or innuendos... Maybe, it doesn't belong on this site...

I can tell you that an expected gift as small an innocent as it may seem means the world to me...

Maybe you all can share something like this... something that made your day, and the other person could never have dreamed that that was possible, just thought about it and did it...

My grandfather told me that it wasn't the big things that people did, it was the millions of little things that they did, that defined them... I have to agree...

Have a great superbowl weekend everybody!!!

The Ugly Duckling...
Publié :17/1/2015 16h43

The 'ugly duckling' ultimately wins by becoming a beautiful swan...

Better story: It remains a duck, loves itself, learns to ignore assholes.

I saw this on my FB page and thought, wow, I've got to post about this.

How many times do we see stories about: changing into something we are not, and are never going to be, as if this is a happy, expected outcome. When, perhaps, we should just accept who we are and learn to live with it...

The message that we receive daily is that: Beautiful is everything and everything else doesn't matter... I don't agree with that, because I am happy with myself. That's all I have and all I am going to have. So, if I choose to accept me, then, others might be able to accept me...

Don't you all agree that we set expectations 'way' to high for the things that we are looking for? I mean, if you read through the passion posts, most of the people have all of these rules about what they are and are not looking for... You have to be this tall, or this short and be like this or like that and can only be within this range....

So, please let me know your thoughts on this...

Thanks, in advance...

Hi everyone...

Sometimes, I read and post on people's blogs... I think it is interesting to read blogs... Well, not everybody's blogs are interesting... but, some are.

Whether you are friends of mine, on my hotlist, or just interesting, I do read blogs...

And, sometimes I will post... But, I think that if I take the time to post on a blog, that, perhaps that person might respond...

If I don't get a response, I usually won't post anymore?

What are ya all's thoughts on this?

Am I being too hard? Or, does it matter?

Please let me know...

Thanks, in advance for your responses... (Even in foreign languages)... I am an EEOC poster... come one, come all... just sayin'.........
